The bright, quiet and very sunny apartment (56qm) has two furnished rooms and is located on the second floor of a two floor building in Berlin Zehlendorf, a well-connected area, very close to the Schlachtensee. The living room is oriented southwards and offers a large balcony with view into the garden. In the bedroom there is a double bed. The apartment is completely furnished and fitted with all kitchen utensils such as hotplate, oven, espresso machine, refrigerator, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. All rooms have laminated pavements. The apartment also offers telephone, Internet access, DVD, stereo, bath tub and parking. Sheets and towels are available for the guests, phone calls into the German net, Internet flat-rate, cable TV, electricity and water are included.
Cleaning after exit: 50 Euro.
The apartment is suitable for max. 2 adults and one child (cot/crib).
In the living room, a large sofa invites to relaxing hours enjoying the beautiful view out of the large windows, a great spot to unwind after a lively day sightseeing round the city. On the balcony, which is oriented southwards, sun is shining until sunset. The apartment is equipped with all protective measures for children and, on request, child’s chair, cot, dustbin for diapers, bottle heater, etc. are available. Furthermore, bicycles can be rented on request for wonderful excursions to the lakes and woods of the area. Zehlendorf offers lots of possibilities for the spare time such as golf, walks, swimming (Schlachtensee, Strandbad Wannsee), jogging, bicycle tours, boat trips, etc.
Arrival and departure times can be agreed and are flexible, reservations are possible for a minimum stay of 2 overnights. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pats are not admitted.
Location: The residential area where the apartment is located is very quiet and beautiful, just 5 minutes-walk away from the Schlachtensee, a lake in the south west of Berlin. There are numerous restaurants and shops for shopping/purchases in the area, all within walking reach. The vicinity to lakes and woods makes the apartment interesting for all those who are fond of nature, sports and tranquility. The center of Berlin can be reached by car or public transports within a short time. Potsdam is very close and offers the possibility to visit numerous parks and attractions also out of the center of Berlin. The apartment is well-connected to the center through Avus (highway), S-Bahn (Schlachtensee and Nikolasse), U-Bahn (Krumme Lanke) and bus (112).
