To respect our neighbours, we ask that noise be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10 pm. Strictly no parties, smoking, or pets in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property through a platform other than Airbnb, a $250 authorisation hold is required. This will be processed as a pre-authorisation on your payment card and will be automatically released two days after check-out, provided no damage or additional costs are incurred.
