This charming cottage features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Home sits on the canal that feeds into the Assawoman Bay. Boat, beach and relax! Wonderful 4 season room on back. Nice grass yard to picnic and watch the birds and boaters. Kitchen freshly painted. Quaint and perfect for the smaller family and very budget friendly. Close to lots of activities along the Route 54 corridor and Fenwick Island. Very nicely kept cottage. No dogs allowed.
