You can spend your holidays in our cozy apartment in Mittenwald for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is about 65 square meters and comfortably furnished. In the living room with a comfortable couch and a rustic dining area you will feel comfortable. There is a large bedroom with double bed and a small bedroom with two single beds in the attic available. The new kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Cable TV, a bathroom with bath / shower, toilet and hairdryer as well as a reserved parking space available.

Mittenwald is ideal for an active vacation in summer and winter: hiking, climbing, cycling, swimming, mountain biking, skiing, skating, etc. The apartment is located only 250 meters from the valley station of the Karwendel cable car - an ideal starting point for your activities. And to round off the day you can enjoy the peace, fresh air and magnificent mountain views on the furnished balcony of the apartment.

A homely place

A great apartment that allows to be self-reliant, close to town and hiking trails and a wonderful place to return to after a long day!

Almost perfect

We loved the apartment. It had everything we needed. The location is good if you have a car but there is a bus stop in front of the property. We were charged 54.60 euros by the lady who met us at the property for her services. We had to give her cash. Luckily, we had cash because weren't expecting that expense. Parking was difficult. We parked where we were told only to have to move the car because we were in the wrong spot. The snow was blocking the sign. Also, be prepared to walk up 2 flights of stairs, no elevator. My husband needs TV and the one at the apartment didn't work. We bought a ROKU at the BX. If you think you might enjoy a movie night, then come prepared. These are minor annoyances. Mittenwald is a great town and we have been to Garmisch many times and decided to try something new. I would like to give 4.5 stars but that is not an option.

Guter Ausgangspunkt

Verkehrstechnisch via B2 und unterhalb der B2 gelegen. Ruhige Unterkunft. Blick über Mittenwald. Wohnung zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Nette Betreuung. Eine runde Sache.

Der Ort Mittenwald ist sehr schön. Die Ferwienwohnung aber hatte Defizite: 1. Die Wohnung lag im zweiten Stock. 2. Es gab nur ein Schlafzimmer mit normaler Raumhöhe. 3. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hatte keine normale Raumhöhe (ca. 150 cm)., sodass ich nur in gebückter Haltung mein Bett machen konnte. Eine Zumutung!!

Urlaub mit Hund

Der Aufenthalt war eigentlich ganz gut .Leider musste ich erst einige Stufen nach unten gehen bis zur Haustüre. Und dann in den zweiten Stock. Mit zwei Dackel die keine Treppen laufen sollen war das nicht sehr angenehm. Da ich Sie tragen musste. Die Übergabe war aber sehr nett und freundlich. Frau Römer hat mir viele Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Erwachsene sehr geräumig. Bei vier Leuten wäre es mir zu eng da das zweite Schlafzimmer sehr klein ist.Ich könnte dort nicht schlafen wegen der Enge.

Wandern mit Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung war sehr sauber, gepflegt und sehr positiv aussehend. Waren begeistert mein Kumpel und ich. Besser als auf den Fotos, super Preis. Ja es gibt alte Fliesen im Bad, doch das ist nicht relevant, man könnte schlafen, kochen alles in allem perfekt. Wir waren zufrieden. LG Ronny und Maik

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön im gemütlichen Stil eingerichtet. Liebevoll winterlich dekoriert.Toll ist auch das große Panoramafenster im Wohn-Essbereich mit Balkon. Die Küche ist mehr als ausreichend ausgestattet. Sogar ein Rührgerät und Backformen sind vorhanden. Wir wurden von Fr. Römer herzlich empfangen. Sogar ein kleiner echter Blumenstrauß wartete auf uns. Unsere Hündin fühlte sich auch sehr wohl. Von uns volle Punktzahl in allen Bereichen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit mal wieder. Traumhafter Aufenthalt in traumhafter Gegend!

Wir, zwei Erwachsene und zwei Windhunde hatten einen unglaublich schönen Urlaub hier! Die Ferienwohnung war sehr schön und sehr sauber, die Küche sehr reichhaltig mit allen denkbaren Utensilien ausgestattet, der Blick vom Balkon auf die Berge besser als fernsehen! Das Wetter war die ganzen 2,5 Wochen warm und sonnig, wir kommen wieder. Auch der Kontakt zu Herrn Hammer und Frau Roemer war sehr freundlich!

Eine Woche Wanderurlaub

Die FeWo Hammer bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen kurzen oder langen Aufenthalt braucht. Nach langen Wanderungen kann man sich in der Wanne entspannen oder gemütlich auf der Couch lesen. Auf dem großen Balkon kann auch gemeinsam gegessen werden. Das Zweibettzimmer ist etwas niedrig und die Betten waren insgesamt seeeehr weich. Unsere Rücken haben das leider keine Woche ausgehalten. Ansonsten hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und waren zufrieden :)

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen 3 wöchigen Aufenthalt im März 23. Mittenwald ist eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Sie ist allerdings schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Wenn Hunde erlaubt, sollte man halt keine Teppiche auslegen. Ansonsten haben wir uns recht wohl gefühlt.

Leuk appartement op de rand van het dorp. Makkelijk bereikbaar vanaf toegangswegen. Mooie uitvalsbasis naar wandelroutes en op 100meter van de lift.

Wir würden wieder kommen

Sehr netter Empfang durch Frau Römer die wertvolle Tips für den Aufenthalt gab. Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber funktional und gemütlich. Sehr schöner überdachter Balkon mit tollem Bergblick. Wohnung ist für Hundebesitzer gut geeignet sofern der Hund in der Lage die Treppen (2 Stockwerke) zu bewältigen. Gute Ausführmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung sind vorhanden.
