The deck provides a beautiful view with Mt. Bachelor on a clear day.

A U-Shaped Kitchenette with Mini Fridge, 4-Burner Stove top, Dishwasher and a Countertop Oven. There are 4 stools at the counter.

Dining:
Between the Kitchenette and Living area is a round table with 5 seats.

Living:
Lit by the large West-facing windows, the Living area has soft Leather Seating, a Lava Rock face gas fireplace and a large Flatscreen TV with Firestick. Off the Living area is Private Deck with 2 chairs and a table to watch the Sunset over Mt. Bachelor.

Bedroom:
Across from the Kitchenette is a Hotel-style lockoff door that leads to a Private Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a single sink vanity and separate Full Bath with Shower/Tub combo. The bedroom has its own Private Entrance (222) and Deck with the same amazing view.

Level 2:
Up the stairs is the Loft with Full Bath En Suite, Private Bedroom (224) with 2 Queen beds, a single sink vanity and separate Full Bath with Shower/Tub combo.

Loft with En Suite:
Upstairs on the right is the loft with 2 Queen Beds, Flatscreen TV, Double sink vanity and separate Shower/Tub Combo.

Private Bedroom:
To the left is another Hotel-style lockoff door that leads to the second Private Bedroom with 2 Queen beds, a single sink vanity and separate Full Bath iwth Shower/Tub combo. The bedroom has its own Private Entrance upstairs (223) and Deck with the same amazing view.

Recreation Plus (SHARC) Passes:
This home includes 12 RPP Cards(Recreation Plus Passes). RPP Cards Include access to SHARC pools, Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Boat Launch, and Disc Golf. *All RPP amenities are operated by the Homeowners Association and are subject to unforeseen closure or unavailability.

*All items within the homes are inspected periodically. Items such as bicycles at homes are to be used at guests' personal risk. Such items are to be inspected by the guest prior to use. Guests are to report any needed repairs to such items. Cascara is not liable for and does not guarantee the quality, functionality, or safety of bikes or other items provided at the property.

This home does not allow pets, and no exceptions will be made.
