Main Bedroom: The coastal contemporary main bedroom is complete with a comfortable king bed, ducted air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, smart TV, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.

Ensuite Bathroom: The ensuite is spacious and luxurious with a shower, bath, toilet and double vanity.

Bedroom Two: The second bedroom is styled to perfection and features a queen bed, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a wardrobe cupboard.

Bathroom Two/Powder Room: The second bathroom is located between Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3, featuring a shower and vanity, along with a separate powder room that includes a toilet and sink.

Bedroom Three: The final bedroom is perfect for the kids with two king single beds, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a wardrobe cupboard.

Laundry: The laundry includes a front loader washing machine, dryer and a sink.

Guest Access:
The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the Picasso building, guests will have access to the entire apartment along with one underground car space in the secured garage and the complex plunge pool.

It's ideal to have a car to explore the Sunshine Coast, if you’re wanting a break from driving the local bus does service this area frequently should you need it. The Walan Street bus stop is just a 150m walk from the apartment, with frequent services running north to Alexandra Headland and Maroochydore, and south to Kawana, Currimundi, and Caloundra.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential complex with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
