The Space:
From the moment you walk through the front door, you’re greeted by a bright, open living space, where natural light floods in from every angle. The lower level features a spacious lounge with a plush chaise and smart TV, a dining area for six, a modern, fully-equipped modern kitchen, laundry, and powder room. Plus a cosy chill-out zone with books and games, the downstairs space overlooks the sparkling plunge pool, alfresco area and BBQ—perfect for laid-back outdoor living.

Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional lounge with a sofa and smart TV on the landing. Ducted air-conditioning and fans throughout the home ensures year-round comfort. At the rear, enjoy a small grassy yard with a firepit for chilly winter nights. This home is designed for ocean lovers and outdoor enthusiasts, located just 300 meters from the beach and park/playground. Guests can also enjoy beach chairs, inflatable pool toys, and a cool cabana during their stay. The nearest patrolled beach is Kawana Beach and Surf Club, just a 6-minute drive away.

Upstairs:
Bedroom 1 (Master): The spacious and stylish master bedroom features a king sized bed, ducted AC, fan and a walk-in wardrobe that leads to the ensuite bathroom.

Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The ensuite bathroom is modern and luxurious, featuring a walk-in shower, double vanity, bath and toilet.

Bedroom 2: Features a queen bed, ducted AC, wardrobe and fan.

Bathroom 2: The second bathroom upstairs is located in between bedroom 2 and 3, it includes a walk-in shower, vanity and a separate toilet.

Bedroom 3: The final bedroom in the home is perfect for the kids and features a double, single and a single trundle bed which can be moved elsewhere if desired. This room sleeps 4 in total and includes ducted AC, fan and wardrobe.

Downstairs:
Laundry: The laundry features a front loader washing machine, sink and sliding doors to the outdoor area with a clothesline.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home. There is space to park up to two cars in the double garage and one in the driveway.

Best of all, you’re only 300m from easy access to the stunning Bokarina Beach, where you can swim, surf, or simply enjoy the sun. Bokarina is also well-served with local cafes, shops, and restaurants, where you can enjoy a laid-back breakfast or grab a coffee to go before heading to the beach. If you’re in the mood for a night out, the nearby town of Kawana Waters offers a range of dining options, from casual eateries to fine dining, as well as a cinema and other entertainment. The nearest patrolled beach is Kawana Beach and Surf Club, just a 6-minute drive away.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, which is approximately a 300m minute walk to Nicklin Way where the bus can be caught northbound and southbound.

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
