About this property

Cute heritage home in convienient location near everything exciting in colourful St Kilda, but also a private family friendly sanctuary- not suitable for parties FYI.

St. Kilda is a lively place but you can get away from it all on this quiet street.

This house is for animal lovers as it comes with a cat and 2 chickens!

As this is a family home I only take family bookings- or quiet, mature groups.

House comes with 2 visitor parking permits and overnight free parking on st. Kilda rd.
Other things to note
Please note that due to living in the house with 2 children whilst the calendar is open I may not be able to host due to those commitments. I will do my best to approve or decline as soon as possible. Thanks for understanding.
Also the house comes with 2 visitor parking permits. Please make sure to return them as they will have to be replaced at the cost of the guest.
