About this property

Our cozy, bright, spacious suite (ground floor) is centrally located in PEI in Rose Valley, (country view) 25 minutes to each shore where there are beautiful red sanded beaches, and 25 minutes to the capital city Charlottetown and our other major city, Summerside. As well, we are 20 minutes away from several golf courses. Disc Golf is next door. Our suite offers a fully equipped kitchen, country view, comfortable living area perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Also we are 25 minutes away from the popular tourist attraction community, Cavendish with entertainment, food, shopping and beach. 25 minutes from National Parks.

Very spacious clean modern suite. Big kitchen with beautiful
six seater dining table, coffee bar with coffee, tea, sugar, all dishes, pots, cutlery, air fryer, all clean excellent working appliances.

We supply all detergents for dishes and clothes. You only have to buy groceries.

Drinking waterbis from a well (natural filtation). No need to buy bottled water.

Very spacious clean Bathroom stocked with all amenities even shavers and cream.

Brand new 55 inch tv with your favourite apps. Leather recliners and couch.

Beach towels, umbrella available. Clean children's highchair, toys and playpen. Games available for that rainy day.

Lots of parking. Beautiful gardens outside and bird feeders.

Patio and furniture available with propane fire pit.

Bedrooms very clean and modernly decorated with dresers, closets, side tables and lamps along with long mirrors.

Hi I am a retired quiet 59 year old lady who loves nature especially gardening. I am a hugh animal lover. I have a border collie (Bruno), beagle (Noelle) a ragdoll cat (Darrach). I have one daughter (Alisha) and I had a son J.D. but he passed away 2023. I needed to keep busy and heal so i opened up an air b and b for others to come and enjoy our little piece of heaven. I also enjoy cleaning and organizing and baking for therapy.
