Located on the third floor, our bright and inviting condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Designed to be your "home away from home," it’s an ideal retreat for making unforgettable memories with family and friends.

Unwind in the luxurious master bedroom, featuring a plush king bed and a private full-size bathroom. Enjoy your favorite shows on the in-room TV and relax in style after a day of fun in the sun.

The second bedroom, with a two twin beds, is located just across the hall from the master suite. It’s perfect for additional guests or family members and includes its own TV for added relaxation.

The third bedroom offers a King bed, ideal for kids or extra guests. This room shares a full-size bathroom with the queen bedroom, and also comes with its own TV for entertainment.

This home is self-check in. There will be no "lobby" or anyone to greet you. You will receive a personalized code for the door and alarm.

📌 THINGS TO NOTE:

Vista Cay Resort is a gated community. 72 hours prior to arrival, we will send you a "Welcome Packet" with the gate code to access the resort as well as your personalized code to access your unit.

* Note that this home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or anyone to greet you.

As this is a self-catering home, you are responsible for your own shopping during your stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary supply of toiletries for the first day, but please note that these will not be replenished.

* 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
* 1 travel size hand soap per bathroom
* 1 travel size shampoo per bathroom
* 2 garbage bags per bin
* 1 paper towel roll per kitchen
* 2 dishwasher pods
* 1 dish detergent
* 1 sponge

We do have basic kitchen essentials to facilitate making quick, easy meals while away from home like pots/pans, cups, silverware, plates, etc.

* We do not supply seasonings/condiments (salt, pepper, sugar, etc) nor coffee/tea (grains, beans, pods or teabags, etc).

* We apologize for any inconvenience, but please note that the main pool area at Vista Cay Resort will be closed for maintenance starting September 13th through April 2025. However, the new pool, located at 4115 Breakview Drive, will remain open and available for guests during this time, along with all other resort amenities. Please note that this unit is located right across from this new and open pool area and all pool photos are of this new pool. Thank you for your understanding!
