This VBRO not a hotel. Also a college dorm for the art college across the street. We were there when 100 ID student where registering if you want to stay at a place with 18 to 20 old this is your place our group we’re in our 50s. Pool closed twice due to broken glasses. You MUST sign their rules. If any gathering or party which we stayed in the two bedroom condo you would be evicted plus charge $750.00 fee. We went to celebrate our girlfriend birthday. There is no warning only eviction. I wanted to cancel because we were there to celebrate. We are not going to do crazy party we wanted to have a get together with friends and head out to a birthday dinner not allowed. If I was told or if they would show their ridiculous rules I would have rented three room at a near hotel. Paying $750.00 a night was horrible felt like I was being treated as a college student. Ask for their rules first before booking. There are 8 that will cause eviction with no warning.
