House Rules:
1. No Smoking in the house - please smoke outside and don't leave any cigarette butt's on the property.
2. Pets are strictly not allowed.
3. No extra guests are allowed otherwise a $100 per extra guest per night fee will be applied.
4. Please clean up after yourself i.e throw out your trash and kindly put dishes in the sink.
5. Please be mindful of the noise level after 11pm as there are other people living in the unit above.
6. Please do not wash hair down the drain.
7. Lost Key will incur a $150 fee.
8. All guests must remove shoes at entrance door and please store in the shoe cupboard. An additional $250.00 fee will be charged if you wear shoes in the house
9. Mandatory weekly cleanings for 30 day bookings or more. Weekly cleaning fee is $100.
