The very nice apartment for 4 people is located upstairs and is in close proximity to the town center and harbor (about 100 m). It comprises 75 square meters!
Our apartment has two bedrooms. Cot and high chair available. In addition to a warm and cozy environment is part of the equipment of course, a television (satellite).
The separate kitchen meets the expectations of a modern and fully equipped holiday apartment (dishwasher). Bathroom with shower and tub. A small garden with a beach chair and sitting area complete the picture. Dogs are welcome. Carport available.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen!!!

Danke an Frau Koopmann - Nette Begrüßung. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist durch die kurzen Wege - egal wohin man wollte - ideal. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Am Hafenbecken der "Hafenkieker" (toll zum Chillen im Strandkorb), Resttaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, EDEKA-Markt, Gäste-Info usw. Wir waren zum 3. Mal in Greetsiel. Empfehlenswert!

Gutes Gesamtpaket

Wir hatten Glück, die Zahnarztpraxis im Untergeschoss hatte Urlaubbedingt geschlossen. Nachbarwohnung am letzten Tag erst belegt und sehr hellhörig. Wir waren mit Check -in und -out sehr zufrieden. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

2 Wochen mit Hund im August

Schöne, saubere Wohnung, gute Kommunikation v.a. mit freundlicher Hausvewalterin, zentrale Lage in Greetsiel macht die Fußwege angenehm kurz in den Ort (man ist quasi schon da) und aus dem Ort hinaus auf den Deich und von dort immer weiter. Die Wohnung ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen und zeigt hier und da Abnutzungserscheinungen, ist aber wirklich sauber und bequem - besonders das Bett und die Couchen sind sehr gut. Super, dass alle Oberfenster und das Küchenfenster sehr gut mit Fliegennetzen ausgestattet sind, sonst gäbe es ein echtes Schnackenproblem (Stechmücken), wenn man ausreichend lüften möchte - so ist die Wohnung Schnakensicher! Ein ABER gibt es doch: die gepriesene Ruhe ist sehr relativ! Das Haus ist hellhörig und nebenan mit Holztreppe nach oben und dort mit sehr knarrendem Boden befindet sich eine Ferienwohnung - hier hängt die Ruhe ab von der Bewegungsfreude der Gäste, auch deren Gespräche im Wohnzimmer kommen an, sowie deren Musikgeschmack. Außerdem befinden sich unterhalb der Wohnzimmerfenster hintereinander 2 Terassen und Gärten der angrenzenden Hausanbauten = Ferienhäuser. Hier ist die Ruhe abhängig vom Freizeitverhalten der Gäste - Rauchen und Quatschen bis in die Nacht ließ uns die Fenster dort geschlossen halten, bis Ruhe eingekehrt war (die Fenster dichten gut). Nachts aber war es totenstill und das Schlafzimmer liegt in eine andere Richtung - dort hört man sowieso nichts von allem Aufgeführten!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schöne FW, alles vorhanden was man braucht und sehr zentrumsnah. Eigener Stellplatz für den Pkw und reibungsloses Ein- und auschecken. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Schöne saubere Wohnung in toller Lage

Wirklich schöne große Wohnung direkt in Nähe zum Hafen, sowie Gastronomie, Edeka und Abenteuerspielplatz! Nur das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig, da viele Fliesen kaputt sind. Die Wohnung ist aber SEHR sauber und sonst auch sehr gepflegt! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Entspannter Urlaub in toller Lage

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Greetsiel sehr genossen. Die Lage war zum Erkunden des Ortes und der Gegend perfekt. Die Wohnung war, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, doch sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten beim Empfang (Tee, Kaffee, Kekse und Süßes für die Kinder) haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Ein- und Auschecken waren sehr unkompliziert, die Hauswartin sehr nett. Das Einzige, das wir vermisst haben, war ein Wäscheständer, um die Badesachen und Handtücher trocknen zu können. Ansonsten alles top und sehr zu empfehlen.

Schön, groß, ruhig, nah am Hafen

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage nah am Hafen. Alles in Fußreichweite und trotzdem außerhalb des Trubels. Gute Ausstattung. viel Platz. Da kann man es aushalten.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Wohnung ist toll, wirklich tolle Lage, ein paar Gehminuten vom Deich und dem Abenteuerdpielplatz entfernt. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Besonders das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Außerdem ist die Wohnung toll ausgestattet, von Öl, Salz, Kaffee, Tee, Küchenrolle,Spülmaschinentabsusw. Alles, was ich sonst in Ferienwohnungen oft vermisse. Der Empfang war auch toll. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne große Wohnung nah am Hafen. Ein bisschen angewöhnt was aber okay war für uns und dem Preis. Alles was man für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht war vorhanden. Netter Empfang, es war ein Tablett mit Teetassen, Tee, Kaffeepads , Keksen und ein paar Süßigkeiten vorbereitet. Selbst für den Hund war ein Napf mit Futter und Wasser da. Würde diese Wohnung sofort nochmals buchen. Leider ist der beschriebene Garten-Platz nicht mehr vorhanden.
