This little nest has everything a large apartment needs. Enjoying morning sunshine, it comprises an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen area in a living room that opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool and lake, two sofa beds (80 cm and 160 cm), a TV, an additional sleeping area, reminiscent of a boat cabin, with two comfortable bunk beds, and a bathroom and toilet.
Free parking is available in the parking lot. The residence has a large outdoor swimming pool, open from mid-May to mid-October (subject to possible fall renovations) and is equipped with Wi-Fi.

From early January 2025 to late April 2025, roofing work will be carried out with scaffolding.
