Amazing sea views 4 bdrm + garden, 10min to town
This 4 (really 5 counting the large office) bedroom house is a 100 year old villa with a magical view of Ihutai / Christchurch estuary. It is solar powered and the sun streams in the living room and master bedroom, both with expansive views of the estuary and over to the sea and the mountains to the west. There are 2 heatpumps, 1 upstairs and one downstairs. There is one bathroom upstairs (with a bath/shower and toilet and handbasin) and one downstairs (with a shower and toilet and handbasin).

Amazing views, sunny, big garden, child friendly for any age kds, outdoor furniture and deck, relaxing spa, generously sized rooms. Tennis courts are 2 minutes walk; park 2 minutes away. Coastal pathway walkway 3 minutes walk from house.
