2/1 home is perfect for a single family with kids and dogs welcome. CLOSE TO THE LAKE, just a ride down the hill from your fenced-in yard with a lock and key for privacy. Big front yard for kids and dogs to play. You're on a Natural mineral fed well for drinking, fully functional kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, walk in shower, large frig under the carport, washer and dryer right next to that. Beautiful spacious sunroom with breakfast nook and dining area. If you want your next adventure at Canyon Lake, DON'T stay at a load hotel...this cute little cottage will give you a clean and quiet place to stay.

Please Do NOT DRIVE IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. There is a septic system to the house built under there and they will rupture if you drive over them.

This little house is on a well and septic so please do not flush toilet paper down the toilet there's a little trash can to the right of the sink.

Please do not smoke cigarettes inside the house there's plenty of room outside.

Hi There, This is Jeanie, the owner and I hope you have a great stay while your here. This is a cozy little home with everything you need for the weekend. My favorite area of the house is the bright sunroom for reading a book or your paper while having breakfast. Open the window blinds and watch the birds. Every evening I take my dog to the lake and we watch the sunset at boat ramp 22 or 23 just down the hill..
