The apartment can accommodate 6 people and is composed of a bright living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a shower room, a bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a lounge with a beautiful sea view!

The Duplex :
Located on the 4th floor accessible by stairs, the accommodation is composed as follows:

On the first floor:
- A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a sofa and armchairs, a coffee table, as well as a dining area with a dining table.
- A fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker.
- Bedroom 1: a double bed with a rack and storage space.
- Bedroom 2: a double bed and storage space.
- A shower room with a shower, a sink, a hair dryer and a toilet.

Upstairs:
Accessible by stairs. The floor is not suitable for young children.
- An attic living area with a double sofa bed, a bench and an indoor net. Ideal as a relaxation room or as a 3rd bedroom. Not suitable for young children.
- A bathroom with a bathtub and a sink.
- Separate toilet.

Nearby:
The accommodation is located in the center of Dinard, in a very quiet street, close to the Ecluse beach, the harbor and the seawater pools. The Clair de Lune promenade is 50 m away. You will have all the conveniences accessible in a few minutes on foot: bakery, butchery, stores, restaurants, bars, mini-market, markets...
- Ecluse beach at 250 m, marina at 500 m, sailing school at 200 m
- Casino Barrière located at 200 m

Activities :
- Water activities: beach, sailing lessons, children's club on the beach
- Hiking : direct access to the GR34 to discover the coastal paths
- Access to St Malo by boat-bus for a visit of the corsair city
- Discovery of the Channel Islands at only one hour by boat
- By car: visit Mont St Michel, St Malo, St Lunaire, Cancale by the sea, or Dinan, Combourg or Bécherel inland.

In summer, come and discover famous regional events such as the Dinard British Film Festival, the Quai des Bulles or the departure of the Route du Rhum in Saint-Malo!

- Free bus Dinard Bus Network: Stop "La Poste" located at 260 m (3 minutes walk) and serves all regular and specific routes.

- Pleurtuit-Dinard airport located at 7 km (13 minutes by car)

- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at an additional cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). For stays of more than 15 nights, a change of linen is compulsory.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
