Ski-in/Ski-out, Panoramic ski slope views, Heated Garage

Prime location ! This ski-in / ski-out condo is ideally located, literally on the slopes, near the base of the Peachtree and Westwall lifts. No need to drive or ride the bus to the lifts! The condo is so convenient you can stop in for lunch or grab a snack during your day on the slopes or hiking and biking on the trails.

When you walk into the condo you are struck by the incredible panoramic mountain views.

This unit has floor to ceiling windows and a large wrap-around deck facing the slopes. It also has a second deck off the master bedroom. Our condo has a fireplace, two flat screen TV's, 2 DVD's, cable, Chromecast, High Speed Internet with Wi-Fi and Ethernet ports in the living room and both bedrooms, refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer, shared hot tub(may not be available due to COVID), sauna, gas grill and garage parking. There is an elevator from the parking garage.

Our condo accommodates up to 6 guests, there are two bedrooms, a king bed in the master, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and there is additional sleeping space with the two sofa beds (1 queen, 1 full) in the living room.

The unit has two full baths, one with a tub/shower combo along with the walk in shower in the master.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with seating for two. Additionally the dining room table has seating for six, at a beautiful hardwood table.

Soak in the outdoor hot tub while watching the skiers go by, with the peak of Mt. Crested Butte looming overhead. Hot tub may not be available due to COVID.

One garage parking spot is available; however, a car is not necessary. Shuttle service is available from the Gunnison airport 30 miles away. You don't have to drive once you arrive, use the free local bus transportation with a bus stop for the town shuttle a couple hundred yards from the condo complex.

Parking: There are 17 parking spaces in the heated garage and an additional five outside the exit of the garage. Each unit is allowed one parking spot in the garage. All vehicles must park in a marked parking space. Please note that while there is an elevator in the building, there are times when it is not available.

Perfect Location and Accommodation

Being slope side on the 3rd floor with so many windows facing the slopes was fantastic. Kids were able to hit the slopes on their own, which is a big deal for us. It was also a peaceful location, down from the village, which is also our preference. Super clean, clearly very cared for and Kim and Mike were very responsive. Absolutely loved it, will most likely be back!

True ski-in, ski-out condo

This condo was a true ski-in, ski-out right outside the Peachtree lift. Everything was as advertised. It was very clean and well-kept. Had a minor issue with the oven, but the manager was very responsive and offered several solutions for our inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our "go to" in CB

Well, simply put Gateway Condo's are our "go to" when we come to CB. This was out 11th consecutive trip. We're already planning our next! What makes it so great? Location, Location, Location. And the INSTANT communication with the Hosts is also a plus! The condo is sticked with all necessities to cook and the beds are CLEAN and COMFY. TRUE SKi In/Out. Located about 100' from Peach Tree & The West Wall Lifts.

True Ski-in/Ski-out Condo Great for Families

This is truly a ski-in/ski-out condo with an amazingly convenient location, especially for ski school. With stunning mountain views, all the amenities including a fireplace, very well stocked on supplies, and unbeatable convenience to the slopes, it was the perfect place for our families, including two kids under 5, to stay. Kim and Mike were great hosts and amazingly quick on any and all communications. We hope to be back again sooner than later!

Beautiful views of the mountains and lifts.

Wonderful condo, spacious and very clean. The views are spectacular and you see the lifts Peach tree and West Wall from the living room. Had an amazing stay and plan on staying here again when we come back to Mount Crested Butte!!

2nd Stay- awesome location

This was our second stay and we love this location! Doesn’t get any better than this especially with kids. Practice slopes and sledding hill (after hours) right below the outdoor balcony.

Not that our first and second times weren’t great…but with this being our 3rd consecutive stay at Kim & Mike’s; let’s just say we’re locked in. Awesome ski-in / ski-out

The location is perfect, right on the slopes. You ski down to the Peachtree lift, ride up for 3 minutes, then ski down to the Red Lady express or Silver Queen express to access the rest of the mountain. At the end of the day you ski right up to the building, remove your skis, and walk 50' to the ski locker - no lugging skis up the stairs to your condo. Amazing views of the peak of Mt Crested Butte out the windows and from both decks. The condo is well equipped, everything you need in the kitchen, nice decor, comfy beds, and up to date. We will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Location- perfect for kids

If you have kids learning to ski or who like to take frequent breaks like one of ours this is the spot! We loved all of the natural light and enjoyed sitting out on the porch watching the kids on peach tree and sledding after the lifts closed. So happy with our booking and looking forward to booking again soon!

Another Great Trip to CB

First off, the Owners, Mike & Kim, are a dream with whom to work. Second- Location, Location, Location. TRUE Ski-In/Ski-Out. Yeah there’s a few flights of stairs involved: but hey, we’ve gotta work off those extra Holiday calories some way; right? If you’re looking for a great place to stay in CB, look no further- You’ve found it. But, hurry- this place books QUICK. For example- I just booked it for our return trip in December and it’s only January (check the time stamp! ;-)

Perfect family location!

What an incredible stay! The condo was immaculate and well appointed for a family that likes to cook meals! However the location is the star of the show. Having 2 beginner skiers that close to the beginner area is incredible. Kids don’t have to carry skis everyone can ski back for snacks / lunch whatever! Awesome trip can’t wait to rebook for next year!

Great slope side Condo

This was our second time staying in this unit in 2 yrs. The location and convenience is just perfect for ski-ski out at CB. Kim was very good with communication and everything worked well for our stay...Again! Although we were well familiar with property we found their guidance, direction and processes spot on to make it very easy for anyone to stay. New ski lockers are super convenient as well.....You cannot go wrong with Kim's ski/out condo.

Location, location, location!

The property is slightly dated on the interior, but when we're in CB we're there for the outside adventures. Great views of the mountain and wonderful ski in/ski out access with easy to use ski lockers steps from the slopes. Living area was very spacious with tons of windows and balcony space. Kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked. Laundry in unit for washing/drying of ski gear. Owners communicated all needed information clearly and timely. Conveniently located between two of the free town shuttle stops (less than a 3 minute walk to either)

Perfect location!

The location of the property is absolutely perfect for skiing Mt Crested Butte. We were able to ski in and ski out at our leisure. The unit itself was perfect for our needs with very comfortable accommodations. Very highly recommended!
