Air-conditioned apartment for 4 people, Located in Héliopolis entrance E, on the 2nd floor with elevator, street side. Living room with a 160cm bed and a sofa bed. Kitchen area with microwave, washing machine, kettle, vacuum cleaner, toaster.... Shower room and separate WC. Terrace with awning. South orientation. Parking number 25.
Deposit: 380 euros. Application fee: 29 euros. Tourist tax to be paid on site maximum 6.62 euros /day/adult person. Sheet and towel rental pack: 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or to be done yourself on the day of departure. Arrival: from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., you have 24 hours to notify us of any malfunction. Departure before 11 a.m.: make an appointment on arrival as someone will come to carry out an inventory. Please provide us with your liability certificate otherwise the insurance costs 24 euros.
