Welcome to 13 Beachside Drive, where comfort meets convenience on Hilton Head Island! This Sea Pines Hilton Head home is located just steps from the Atlantic Ocean and South Beach Marina with access to a community pool.

This elevated home has an open floor plan that’s perfect for vacationing with family and friends. The equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite counters and custom cabinetry. The dining area has seating for 6 + 2 additional chairs, and 3 bar stools at the breakfast bar.

The spacious living room with wall-mounted smart flat-screen TV provides a great space for gathering. **Fireplace is not for guest use.** A set of sliding glass doors leads to a screened-in porch with an outdoor dining table and access to the deck with a gas grill. If you take the steps down from the back porch, you’ll have a direct path down to the beach.

Two guest bedrooms and bathrooms are also on the first floor. The first has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and access to the deck area. This room also has a private bathroom with double vanities and a tiled walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The primary bedroom and the fourth bedroom can be found on the second floor. The spacious primary suite has a king bed, flat screen TV and access to a private balcony where a slight view of the ocean can be seen. This room also features a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The fourth guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

There is parking under the home and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach!

Beachside 13 is located in Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. Please specify # of security gate passes needed at the time of reservation. Car passes are $17 per pass per week.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.
