Great House

The house, the garden and the pool are great! We had a wonderful stay in the house. The host is very friendly, always available and helpful in case of any questions. We would have given 5* for the overall assessment when the location would be a bit better.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir waren mit 14 Freund:innen für eine Woche in der Villa Zanetto. Besonders gefallen hat uns das riesige Außengelände mit Tischtennis, Pool und vielem mehr. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist super! Die Kommunikation mit Dino und Dalibor war ebenfalls komplikationslos und die beiden haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen!

Amazing place - Great experience

Dino and Dalibor’s Villa is just a wonderful place. Everything was just perfect… Communication before, during and after with Dalibor has been very smooth and efficient. Dino and Dalibor have been very responsive and flexible to accommodate our needs. They gave us a warm welcome and have been really good host. We immediately felt like being at home. The house is fully equipped as per the description and pics we saw on-line (even better in real life ;-)). Plenty of space to enjoy 2 relaxing weeks with 4 adults and 5 teens. The whole property (indoor and outdoor) was extremely clean (cleanest place we rented over the last 10 years), well maintained and nicely decorated. Very quiet, good beds. Also well located to visit Istria. Great facilities to relax and practice many different sports (see description). A pizzeria and a small supermarket within 3 mn drive and many large ones within 10mn. We would love to come back and definitely strongly recommend. Big thank you to Dino and Dalibor.

Eine der besten Anlagen die wir jemals besucht haben.

Lage und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Der Aussenpool, Sauna und Innenpool und die vielen Sport-und Spielmöglichkeiten sind grossartig. Der Badeort Rabac und das Bergdorf Lapin sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Gesamturteil: Einfach hervorragend!

Super schönes Haus mit viel Abwechslung

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Das Haus mit zwei Pools gibt viel Platz her um sich auch Mal aus dem Weg zu gehen. Aktivitäten wie Tischtennis Tischfußball Basketball usw alles vorhanden und in super neuem Zustand. Viele gute Restaurants in näherer Umgebung. Strandpromenade auch nur zwei Ortschaften weit weg. Also alles in allem ein sehr zu empfehlendes Haus!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett... das Haus ist urig... die Betten sind überholungsbedürftig aber für 1 Woche ok! Die Nachbarn sind spitze und sehr hilfsbereit!! Ein toller urlaub!!

Toller Urlaub in der Villa Zanetto

Wir (2 Familien - 4 Erw. und 3 Kids mit 4, 8 und 9 Jahren) haben einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Zanetto verbracht. Die Beschreibung des Hauses entsprach absolut den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten und wir waren insgesamt mehr als zufrieden. Der Kontakt mit den Gastgebern war schnell und unkompliziert. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub in Istrien. Sollten wir einmal wieder hierherkommen, dann auf jeden Fall auch in die Villa Zanetto!

Schöner Aufenthalt fur eine Familie mit 4 Kindern. Aussenanlage: Top. Spielgeräte vorhanden. Tischtennis, Basketball, Tischkicker, Volleyball, Federball Pool: Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der flache Zugang ist für Kleinkinder sehr gut. Zum schwimmen ist dieser aber leider etwas zu klein. Zimmer: Durchwachsen, Zimmergrößen okay. Betten sehr klein und eher unbequem. Für 10 Personen definitiv ungeeignet wegen 2 Zustell Klappbetten.

Great house with fantastic outdoor facilities

We stayed 9 people in the house for 12 days with kids in the age from 2-9 and had a great holiday. The house has atmosphere and the garden is huge and has a lot of possibilities for playing and relaxing. A minimarket withn in 1,5 km, SHopping within 6 km, beach 10 km everything just close buy. Communication with the hosts worked very well, and they were very supportive and informative. We can only give our best recommendations on this house for a family holiday

Sehr schönes Sommerhaus

Die Villa Zanetto ist ein tolles Ferienhaus für den Sommer. Der Außenbereich ist grandios, der Pool ist super in Schuss, Tischtennis, Basketball, Fußball und Volleyball haben wir alles sehr genossen. Der Innenraum ist etwas kleiner als es auf den Fotos erscheint, daher ist das Haus vor allem bei gutem Wetter perfekt. Vorsicht nur beim Leitungswasser, das kann man laut Vermieter nicht trinken. Die Betten sind nicht mehr ganz die Neusten, teilweise sehr klein und knarzen sehr laut bei den kleinsten Bewegungen. Zwei der 10 Betten sind eher spartanische Klappbetten und keine Schlafsofas wie angegeben. Rundum hatten wir aber einen tollen Aufenthalt, der Garten ist wirklich ein Traum.

Traumhafter Familienurlaub in der Villa Zanetto

Wir haben mit 2 Familien (8 Personen) in der Villa Zanetto wunderbare 2 Wochen verbracht! Am liebsten wären wir noch eine Woche länger geblieben... Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Da wir mit drei Jugendlichen und einem Kind unterwegs waren, haben wir alle vorhandenen sportlichen Möglichkeiten mit viel Freude genutzt. Und danach immer die Erfrischung im Pool gesucht. Wunderbar! Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer war sehr gut und problemlos! Auch der sehr nette Nachbar Udo hat unseren Urlaub mit vielen Tipps bereichert. Das fussläufige Restaurant "Plaza" können wir nur empfehlen. Dort haben wir so manche schöne Abende verbracht. Zu den Stränden in Rabac sind es ca. 20 Minuten. In der Nähe befinden sich auch sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, so dass wir schöne Grillabende im Außenbereich der Villa erleben konnten. Viele der schönen Städte wie z.B. Rovinij, Porec, Opatja sind in ca. 50 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Es lohnt sich diese zu besichtigen! Zu Hause wieder angekommen, schwärmen wir immer noch von dieser wunderschönen Zeit in der Villa Zanetto!!!

Kann ich nur empfehlen

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in der schönen Villa. Der Garten war für uns perfekt, ein großes Grundstück. Genau soweit abseits gelegen um Ruhe genießen zu können aber auch in kurzer Zeit an Strand und Action zu sein. Sehr netter Kontakt mit Dino und Dalibor. Wir waren nicht zum letzten mal da.

Great house with a huge garden

We had a great stay in this house! It is perfectly suited for 8 people and has a huge garden with lots of possibilities for sport activities and a large pool. It is located in a very small village so a car is necessary. The nearest beach is ~20 min away, larger supermarkets are 10-15 min away.

Schönes Landhaus mit großem Grundstück

Alles ist sehr gepflegt, der Eigentümer steht jederzeit gerne zur Verfügung, die Nachbarn sind nett. Das Internet ist schnell genug. Als täglicher Läufer hatte ich auch sehr schnell meine Runde durch die schöne Landschaft gefunden. Die Fotos sind mit Weitwinkel gemacht, so wirkt alles etwas größer als es ist, deshalb hier nur 4 Punkte. Aber ich denke, das ist noch im Rahmen des Zulässigen. Ansonsten alles wie versprochen. Halt, ein Toaster wäre noch gut. Die Strände in Rabac sind überlaufen. Wir sind dann nach Koromacno geflohen. Dort ist auf der linken Seite ein Zementwerk, weshalb viele Leute nicht kommen. Außer der etwas schlechten Aussicht nach links konnten wir aber keine Nachteile erkennen. Im Imbiss Konoba Ubas wurden wir gut und ausgesprochen freundlich versorgt. Labin hat eine wunderbare Altstadt deren Besuch sich auf jeden Fall lohnt.

Rundum gut

Das Haus steht etwas abgelegen von einem kleinen Dorf in dem es einen Supermarkt und eine gute Pizzeria gibt. fußläufig ist das Dorf in 15 Minuten erreichbar. im Haus ist alles da was einem ein fallen könnte. Einzig ein Carport für ein nicht ganz so überhitzt das Auto und ein etwas tieferer Esstisch draußen wären zu verbessern, aber meckern wäre zu viel . Strände beziehungsweise kleine buchten sind in 15-30 Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand ist grob steinig, das Wasser klar und jetzt Mitte Ende Juni schon perfekt zum Baden. empfehlen können wir den Wochenmarkt von Labine, dem nächstgelegenen größeren Ort, der etwas versteckt nach dem Lidl rechts abbiegen liegt. Hier haben wir Obst und Gemüse frisch und verpackungsfrei sowie frischen Fisch zum abendlichen Grillen gekauft.

Echt spitze!

Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr sauber, alles ordentlich, Garten/Aussenanlage ein Traum! Alles ist riesengroß und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Dalibor und sein Vater sind sehr nette, zuverlässige Gastgeber. Wir waren 2 Familien mit 4 Kindern (13, 12, 11 und 9Jahre) und haben es sehr genossen dass die Jungs auch mal laut und wild sein konnten ohne jemanden in der Umgebung zu stören. Trotzdem erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten alles was man an Infrastruktur braucht. Auch in den tollen Küstenort Rabac ist es nicht weit. Wir können die Unterkunft in vollem Umfang weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Anlage

wir haben uns (6 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder (10 -15)) in der Villa Zanetto sehr wohl gefühlt! Sehr schöne Anlage für sportliche Betätigung, Pizzaofen (wir haben Brot gebacken..), großer Grill (frischen Fisch vom Markt in Labin gegrillt), ein sehr schöner Pool, der nach dem Tag am Meer bis Mitternacht genutzt wurde. Wir hatten zwei Wochen lang über 30°C, da waren die Klimageräte in den Schlafzimmern sehr hilfreich!

Super schönen Urlaub verbracht

Sehr schöne Anlage, der Pool ist groß und auch sehr gut für kleine Kinder geeignet. Wir haben schöne Ferien dort verbracht, wir waren mit drei Familien vor Ort. Die Nachbarn waren sehr nett, haben uns Tipps gegeben was die Strände, Märkte usw angehen. Die Schlafzimmer sind ausreichend groß , 1 Badezimmer mehr wäre gut gewesen, aber es ging auch so. Die Outdoordusche ist genial, ausm Pool direkt und die Dusche. Tischtennis,Basketball & Volleyball ist möglich dort zu spielen. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage, die zu empfehlen ist. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Grüße aus Deutschland 🇩🇪

Urlaub pur!!!

Wir ( 5 Erwachsene), durften vom 25.05.18 bis 09.06.18 das Haus und die Umgebung genießen. Die Vermieter sind super nett und haben uns das Haus in einem TOP Zustand übergeben. Wir hatten fantastische 2 Wochen mit tollem Wetter. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!! Tipp: im Haus gibt es ein Gästebuch mit vielen Tipps der Urlauber, unbedingt rein schauen.
