==>Both bedrooms are situated on a raised ground floor level - no need to share a lift. Stand up fans in each bedroom

==>Quality sprung mattresses and the beds are freshly made up with luxury hotel bed linen 100% cotton percale upon your arrival. Two pillows per person are provided

==>A feature glass partition separates the living area from the bedrooms

==>Please note that the apartment is not suitable for children for safety reasons, no smoking allowed, and for the sake of those with allergies, no animals will be accepted even the cute ones ;-))


WHAT IS INCLUDED:

*Tea, Nespresso pods for a few days, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper all supplied as well as everything you may need for the dishwasher and washing machine. Tea towels, kitchen wipe, toilet roll etc. Soap supplied as well as other cleaning amenities

*The beds are made up for your arrival and two bath towels are supplied per person.

*Beach towels available upon request.

We are very lucky to have free parking on and around the neighbouring streets but please understand that according to certain times of the day or during the busy summer months, we cannot guarantee you a parking space.

Once parked, several of our guests never use their car again as the centre of town is just a 10 minute walk away

Please note that this is not a place to have a party - plenty of great places in Cannes to do that and we ask that you respect our neighbours. Please take the time to read and accept the house rules before booking.
