Our 4-bedroom, 3-full bathroom newer build end unit townhome offers almost 2000 square feet of furnished living space directly across from the pool. It is nestled within Crystal Beach between the gulf and Destin Commons. The home comfortably accommodates EIGHT (8) guests, offering plenty of room to gather together or to spread out for privacy. This is a 2 story end unit with no neighbors above or below you. Our property comes with the use of our personal beach cruiser bikes and our “street legal” 2020 6-passenger Golf Cart!! For beach goers, bikers, shoppers, and diners, Crystal Beach has it all!

This vacation home will allow you to spread out and relax in comfort. Inside, natural light pours through the windows, highlighting the open living space and all hard flooring.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, ample counter space, and a large quartz island. The dining room and bar seating will accommodate everyone for shared meals.

The living room includes plush furniture and a flat-screen cable TV. For a little fresh air, there is plenty of outdoor seating and an electric grill ready for barbecuing. The private laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer.

THE LOCATION

Crystal Beach is one of south Okaloosa County's distinct beach neighborhoods known for turquoise ocean water, soft white sand beaches, and luxury beach houses such as this one! Beyond the beach, there is upscale dining, shopping, art galleries and so much more to discover.

Grocery shopping is a breeze with Whole Foods and Publix less than .25 mile away. Take the kids on a bike ride to get ice cream at Brusters. Take a stroll to Camille's or 790 on the Gulf for a romantic dinner. Zip over to get some great seafood overlooking the gulf at Captain Dave's arriving by golf cart. Head over to the Destin Commons Shopping Mall, less than .2 miles away, to discover some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy. Enjoy the day sand free at one of the panhandle’s largest water parks, Big Kahunas, just a 3 mile drive! Bikers will be in absolute paradise with miles of bike paths to explore along the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Beautiful home and amazing location

Beautifully decorated home and so very clean. We loved driving the golf cart every day to the beach. A perfect vacation spot for the best beach trip to Destin-close to restaurants and all the fun attractions. Crystal Beach and staying at the Sea Batical exceeded all expectations! We really enjoyed the nice pool being right out the door and the beach chair set up being ready every day for the spectacular ocean views.

Christmas beach get-away

We absolutely loved staying here! It was so conveniently located near Crystal beach and things to do. The property was amazing, clean, and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the electric vehicle too!

Wonderful vacation!

Beautiful home! Loved being close to the beach and having the pool just steps away. Really nice having the golf cart for short trips and for getting equipment to the beach. Super clean! We all enjoyed it very much!

Privacy

The house was beautiful, big and comfortable enough for everyone that vacationed with us. The property manager and owner was nice and very helpful with any and all questions. The house was close enough to the beach and stores but far enough away from the crowds....we enjoyed that part. Our only issue was we never felt like we had any privacy unless we were inside the home. Between the cameras outside of the home to some permanent neighbors, we constantly felt watched and had no privacy as adults.

Perfect place for a writing retreat!

A few friends and I had a mini writing retreat at Sea-Battical, and from booking to check-out, it was a great experience. The home is beautiful and comfortable and the location can't be beat. The golf cart was a big bonus, the pool was right across the street, and it was a perfect place to call "home" for a week. We were sad to leave and hope to go back again!

Fabulous Girls Trip Get Away!

We absolutely loved staying at this property! From the first moment we requested information on the property to check out, the owner was wonderful to work with and eager to make our stay enjoyable! The property is immaculate and beautiful! I brought my four daughters and two granddaughters to Destin for a girls trip and we loved being within walking distance from the beautiful beach and close to shopping and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Would definitely come back

We stayed for 5 nights over the Labor Day holiday. The property was awesome. Right across from the pool. Lived the golf cart. The only issue was the hot water did not work in the king / master bathroom. That was a major bummer. Also the grill is very small. However overall it was a great vacation and we would stay here again. Just need hot water to work in the master bathroom

Beautiful home!

This home is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. It was sparkling clean, and very modern. The golf carts and bikes were an added bonus. It is not too far from the beach and public beach access points. (Less than a mile). The neighborhood is very family friendly, strict rules on noise, pool, etc. Not a bad thing, but if you're looking for something a little more laid back, this might not be for you. We LOVED IT! Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time, beautiful place and clean! Close to shops and groceries, the golf cart was a great plus for site seeing and trips back and fourth to the beach. Right across from the pool was an added bonus.

June 2020 Stay

This gorgeous condo is relaxing and well appointed . Not one detail is missed and the location is perfect. The 6 seater golf cart makes getting to the beach, restaurants, bars, and more very easy. The modern beach house feel is comfortable . All beds are VERY comfortable and there is a pool on site. I highly suggest you stay here. We are a family of 4 and had more than enough space . Plenty of bathrooms with luxury lines and amenities.

Although we try to be as engaged as possible remotely, we lean on our neighbor, the owner of Maid on the Emerald Coast, to clean and manage the property as a local. Because this is our family vacation home first, we offer amenities we enjoy to all of our guests. We include use of our private golf cart and bikes to explore beyond the beach. We added daily beach service during season so you always know you have a secured spot gulf-side. We include beach towels, beach toys, plus games, puzzles and books to keep the fun going after a full day of sun. Our sheets are cotton, our kitchen is well stocked and we replace items regularly because we only want items that are clean and usable and we know you do, too.
