Built in 2020, this beautiful property is located in the heart of Frisco near numerous restaurant and shopping opportunities with close proximity to Dallas North Tollway and Hwy. 121. The two story home features 4 bedrooms, a game room, 2.5 baths, dining and a 2 car garage.
The upgrades and features include wood flooring throughout the main areas, quartz counters, stainless appliances, white shaker cabinets, covered patio and a fenced yard.
This home is managed by Texas Corporate Homes. All of our properties are fully furnished and your daily rate does include all utilities, housewares, lawncare, and everything you need to feel at home. We have experience working with all of the major Insurance companies and Temporary Housing providers. If you’ve been displaced due to an insurance claim, we are very familiar with the process and would be happy to work with these agencies to get you into the home as quickly and easily as possible.
Our minimum stay is 30 days and there is no maximum stay. Understanding that plans may change, we can keep your move out date flexible. We will keep the home available for as long as you need until you let us know you’re ready and provide us a notice to vacate.
All of our homes are pet friendly so we welcome all of the members of your family, even the furry ones, to enjoy their stay with us.
