Hostel la Vista offers all the luxury and practical amenities needed for your vacation home away from home. From the fully stocked kitchen that opens into a beautifully decorated open floor plan living area to the spacious bedrooms that make your getaway comfortable for all.

The cozy feel of this family-friendly home accommodates large groups up to 14. The three levels allows guests to enjoy the large windows and stunning views from all areas of the home. Arrowood Landing is the perfect home to enjoy a relaxing lakeside vacation year round.

Between trips to the lake, enjoy the local atmosphere with hiking trails, horseback riding and year round festivals North Georgia has to offer. A short drive from downtown Blairsville, Arrowood Landing is centrally located to the many activities our small town has to offer.

With three master suites and two living areas Arrowood Landing is the home to entertain your every vacation need. The main level of the home has two full king suites. The above garage loft has a full suite with a queen bed and two pull out twin bed sofas. The lower level of the home has a queen bed suite and a suite with two full beds. In addition, there is a bedroom with two twin beds and a twin with a trundle pull out with a full bath across the hall. The main level has an additional half bath and there is an outdoor shower on the side of the house adjacent to the neighboring wooded area.

Catering to lake life, Hostel has lake front access with year round deep water. Guests are welcome to use the sides of the dock as the homeowner parks their boat in the bay. With a fire pit, charcoal and gas grills, numerous kayaks and paddle boards, this home is an outdoor paradise. There is a spa available but (unfortunate) increases in cleaning fees have turned this into an option that will require you to make arrangements for its use.

Guests have use of the two car garage, ping pong table, pool table and thousands of movies through Netflix Streaming. With dual level and outdoor surround sound connect your music or use of one the apps through the smart TV and Roku system. During the evenings relax and enjoy books, games and the flat screen TVs throughout the home.

Notley lake blairsville

This was a beautiful property. Great view of the lake and mountains. The property had great space for everyone and all the convenience of home. Only negative was we ran out of hot water a few times. We would stay here again

Best vacation ever

This place was amazing. The Kitchen was well stocked to have our Thanksgiving here, especially with the 2 ovens and 2 refridgerators. Tom was a great host and very accesible. I highly recommend this place and we are planning our next stay here.

Fantastic House on Lake!

The house was perfect for our 8 guys on our golf trip! Great views, amenities and activities. Host Tom was great to work with and very quick to reply! We will definitely be looking to return!

Great for a family reunion

We are a group of cousins who grew up together and now live scattered around the country. This house was perfect for us. Although Hurricane Helene moved through the area while we were staying, we had plenty of room and the multiple gathering spaces as well as the pool table made staying in a pleasure. The kitchen had more equipment than we needed. We enjoyed watching the clouds move over the water. Thank you for making this lovely and comfortable home available to our family

Excellent property. The views over the lake were fabulous and the house had plenty of room for everyone. We had a party of nine and had an excellent time. Good communication with the owner and an overall great experience. I highly recommend this property.

Spectacular winter getaway

Awesome sunrises over the lake every morning. Very clean and everything was functional. Host was very responsive with questions. Driveway is steep and can be icy in winter. Pool table, table tennis and hot tub were great amenities. Well stocked kitchen, had everything we need. One star knocked because one 80 gallon water heater isn't enough for the group size advertised.

Had a really great (but too short) stay for my wife's 50th birthday with some friends. The house is setup really well to host multiple couples. Not too far from a lot of hikes, etc. Multiple "public spaces" allow for a couple of different groups in your party to mingle. For example, kids in pool room...adults in outside screened porch or patio...all with fireplace/firepit. Had few issues, and all were minor and addressed promptly by Owner who was very responsive. We will definitely book again!

The Perfect Getaway!

The drive up was beautiful, when we arrived and opened the front door the view of the lake and mountains took our breath away! The home was absolutely amazing! We loved how every room had its own full bathroom! That made a group trip extra nice. The home was well taken care of and very clean. Well stocked kitchen. The jacuzzi was wonderful, it's perfectly placed over looking the amazing views. We plan on making this a yearly trip with our family. The neighbor was very friendly, he gave us some live bait that we could use to fish off the pier with. I would highly recommend this home. Thank you Tom for sharing your home! The Lee Family

Perfect lake house rental for large groups

We rented this lake house for a quick family getaway with our spouses. The view is amazing which can be seen from every room except the loft bedroom over the garage. But the loft is so cozy like a mini apartment that it makes up for it. The lake is literally the backyard so it was perfect as we rented a boat the entire weekend that we kept docked at the house. All the rooms are spacious and make for good privacy. The kitchen is huge and beautiful. All updated and new appliances. It had everything we needed. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s gorgeous in person. There were a couple of hiccups but the owner was very responsive via text. So that was reassuring. Overall we had a great stay and will certainly rent again.

Exceptional property with a little management improvement needed.

Absolutely gorgeous home. Perfect for a family gathering. Lots of room and a great layout. So many things to do in the home, we enjoyed canoeing, playing pool and games, we made s’mores outside and spend some time drinking wine in the screened outdoor porch. The view is spectacular and the home is just relaxing space. We would most definitely stay again. That being said, there were a few issues. Once we arrived we had to call Tom a couple of times with questions when he finally realized he forgot to send us the house instructions so we ended up receiving those a couple of days after arrival. There was some cleanliness issues that could easily be addressed. Upon arriving on the home, some of the linens were not cleaned properly. So we had to do quite a bit of laundry ourselves. The home could have been cleaned a little better. Note: The driveway is very steep. If it was going to snow on your vacation I would recommend 4 wheel drive.

Amazing Vacation

We rented this beautiful home for a family Thanksgiving vacation and had the most amazing time. The check in process was incredibly easy and the host was very responsive and helpful. The house was exactly as listed with great views, amenities, and you can’t beat the location. We would recommend this house to anyone and will definitely book again if in the area!

Best Lake house anywhere!!!

Amazing trip…more than enough room…great family stuff to do!! Hiked tallest mountain in Georgia Brasstown Bald…Kayak daily…Fishing(Maddux 4yr grandson caught his 1st fish)…Hot tubbing daily…Nightly meeting by Fire pit…Corn hole, Ping pong, Billiards championship…Deer herding…Turkey chasing…Mama Goose with 7 big eggs(see attached pictures) Mike was almost attacked by Daddy Goose…Mallard ducks everywhere with Bald eagle supervising!! Great fun…fabulous weather…special family memories!!

Perfect Vacation home

This was a great vacation home for our party. The house is so big , rooms are spacious. They got 2 paddle boards and a kayak for us to use. Kids enjoyed the lake a lot. Nice time with pool table and ping pong. Ping pong racquet and Pool Stick needs some upgrades. The lake view from the balcony is so memorable. Overall a perfect spot for a vacation..

Lake house

It's a little challenging to find, especially in the dark and the driveway drops off so that for a second you can't see the road you're on, but once there, it's perfect for a family gathering. People can spread out with bedrooms on the main floor, in the basement, and even a loft bedroom over the garage (although the exterior entrance makes this bedroom a little challenging). It's very well equipped with a screen room, firepit, and hot tub. The deck overlooking the beautiful lake was a favorite relaxing space.

Everything was perfect! We usually bring our food we cooking pots, but Tom had the nicest dishes.

10 star stay

I have stayed at many VRBO type rentals and by far this has been the best one. Comfortable beds, very clean and the so peaceful with the lakefront view. We like to cook on vacation and this was an incredibly well stocked kitchen. We brought lots of basics to cook with but didn’t need them. My kids loved the ping pong table in the garage and games provided. The best part of the day was sitting on the rocking chairs looking out at the lake while drinking coffee. Tom was very responsive when I had a question. This house will easily hold 14 and we had lots of extra space with our party of 10. I would 100% recommend anyone to book this home.

The Long family Christmas

Wow, I can't say enough about how Awesome this place is! From the moment we walked in it felt inviting and relaxing! The view out the back is so beautiful in the morning at sunrise to the incredible sunset at night! Tom the owner was amazing to work with! Our family live in 3 different states and we haven't all been together for sometime now! My mom had a smile on her face the whole time and is still saying she loved the place! We are all looking forward to renting Tom's Beautiful home in the future!!
