An exceptional location. Here is an air-conditioned Superior Studio, design and comfortable with internet.
It is located on Cours Saleya, the “OLD TOWN / PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS” district, in the heart of the city, 50 meters from the sea visible from your apartment.
On the 2nd floor, easily accessible by stairs, the studio offers a mixture of elegance, comfort and design for a successful stay. This apartment in a new residence benefits from the care taken in the decoration and the quality of the equipment.
It can comfortably accommodate 2 people and consists of a main room equipped with a very comfortable 2-person tilting bed. A large table will invite you to take your meals. Generously lit, it has plenty of storage space. For your entertainment, the apartment is equipped with fiber (Internet and TV). The kitchen area is made up of ceramic hobs, a fridge / freezer, a microwave, an oven with grill, a coffee maker and all the cooking necessities to take your meals. This without washing machine, iron, hairdryer.
The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet.
You will also appreciate the common areas of the building, like a design hotel.
