Semi-detached house in a quiet location in Ditzum with south terrace / garden and garage
Our house is located on the southern outskirts of the fishing village of Ditzum, with an unobstructed view of the vastness of the Rheiderland.
The house is equipped with 2 bedrooms, living room, open kitchen, shower room on the ground floor and guest toilet on the first floor. Furthermore with satellite TV, music station, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer and various The bed linen, towels, final cleaning (from 7 days) is included.
The outdoor terrace and the associated garden naturally belong to the house with the appropriate garden furniture, grill, etc.
In addition, the tenants have a garage with sectional door, two additional parking spaces in front of the garage and 4 bicycles for free use.
