About this property

Great Home with open fireplace and sauna right at the lake

Phantastic vacation house right by the lake with own private beach.

The villa offers great views over the lake from many rooms. The size of the house is roughly 1300 sqft on two levels. The basement has a huge living- & dining area with an open kitchen. From the living room you can see the lake and step out on the huge terrace with further great views overlooking the water. Besides there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the basement. In the upper floor there are three more bedrooms and one bathroom. Two bedrooms in this floor offer panorama views over the lake.
Two bathrooms have floor heating. Also from the separated sauna you can enjoy great lake views.
The house is ideal for two families however our guests and their motivation are manifold: summer vacation, city travelers, hiking groups, wellness, relaxing, romantic cocooning, family gatherings, Leipzig fair visitors, project work, board meetings, seminars, outings or a combination.
The lake house is attractive at any season: swimming in summer, nature is spring and autumn and wellness with sauna, cold water and open fire in wintertime.
We believe in offering a unique combination of high class living at an outstanding location with options of pure nature as well as neighborhood of a great city like Leipzig and less than an hour drive to Berlin.

Einfach toll

Wir waren jetzt das 2. Mal dort und es war wieder sehr schön. Das Haus hat zwar doch schon etwas gelitten seit unserem letzten Aufenthalt, was aber nicht verwundert bei ständiger Belegung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Fam. Berger war immer erreichbar bei Rückfragen. Allein die Lage am See, der Whirlpool und das Haus gleichen das ein oder andere aus. Gerne wieder.

Schönes Haus aber teure Extras

Das Haus und die Lage am Wasser sind sehr schön. Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Wissen sollte man, dass für Strom extra gezahlt werden soll, was bei der Buchung so nicht nachvollziehbar war. Im Haus selber läuft aber alles mit Strom (Heizung, Warmwasser, Pool etc.) daher sollte zum stolzen Preis des Hauses noch mit einer hohen Stromrechnung im Nachgang gerechnet werde . Am Abreisetag wird der Gast dann unhöflich aus dem Haus durch die Reinigungskräfte gedrängt. Unstimmigkeiten bei der Abrechnung werden abgetan und auf Nachfragen nicht eingegangen. Insgesamt daher leider ein getrübtes Vergnügen. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Die wichtigsten Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden.

Schöner Tapetenwechsel

Die Kommunikation war hervorragend! Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm in dem wirklich wunderschönen Objekt. Jedoch hat das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss sehr nach Abfluss gerochen. Die Sauberkeit war auch nicht tadellos aber ok. Wir kommen wieder!

Tolles Haus mit toller Lage, jedoch in die Jahre gekommen

Kurz gesagt wir sind Wiederholungstäter! Wir kennen das Haus noch von vor 8 Jahren und waren nun das dritte mal gemeinsam vor Ort. Haus ist toll, genauso wie die Lage, nur müsste hier der Eigentümer so langsam in die Instandhaltung gehen und einige Dinge renovieren / sanieren. Denke einen neuen Anstrich und hier und da etwas liebe würde das Gesamthaus wieder frisch und knackig erscheinen lassen. Dennoch kann ich es ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen. LG Patrick Kleu

Schönes Objekt aber alles schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

Das Haus ist wirklich super angelegt und man kann eine schöne Zeit verbringen. Man müsste vielleicht mal das ein oder andere Möbelstück erneuern, zum Beispiel die Sitzkissen auf der Terrasse sind wirklich super schmuddelig. Manche Objekte in der Siedlung stehen nicht zur Vermietung und werden anscheinend von Besitzern als Wochend Grundstück benutzt. Die sind wirklich schnell genervt wenn man die Musik abends etwas länger anlässt. Aber auch alles halb so wild.

Wie immer - alles perfekt.

Es hat wieder alles bestens geklappt. Man hat das Gefühl, das Objekt wurde sogar in der Coronazeit noch aufgewertet, etwas mehr und bessere Ausstattung, neuer Tisch auf der Terrasse. Jedenfalls waren wir mal wieder sehr zufrieden und würden gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Superschöner Aufenthalt

Lage und Einrichtung des Hauses sehr schön. Den Whirlpool haben wir ausgiebig mit 6 Personen genutzt. Zugang in den See durch Sandboden sehr angenehm und die Fahrten mit dem Boot waren sehr spaßig bis auf das ständig aus der Verankerung herausrutschende Paddel. Herr Berger hat sich umgehend auftretenden Problemen angenommen. Wir würden sofort wieder das Haus buchen. Es waren sehr schöne und erholsame Tage.

Wir waren schon mehrfach in diesem Haus und anderen Häusern des selben Vermieters. Ist immer wieder schön am See, die Abwicklung ist sehr entspannt. Das Kieswerk am See ist halt immer in Betrieb, aber das kennt man inzwischen.

Hier kann man entspannte Tage verbringen...

...insofern keine Partygruppe nebenan Urlaub macht. Das Haus hatte alles zu bieten, was wir uns gewünscht haben - besonders toll war natürlich der Whirlpool mit Blick auf den See - traumhaft! Schade ist nur, dass die Ferienhäuser sehr eng stehen, sodass es von links oder rechts schon mal sehr laut werden kann. Ansonsten hat alles gut gepasst!
