About this property

The apartment is located about 500m to the beach, on the pool level of the main house, surrounded by tall trees; seaward palms.
It offer 4 beds in 2 rooms; 1 x double, 1 x bunk bed (1st 90/0. 90m), ideal for families with children since the pool is featured with a staircase and a 1.00 m deep area.
All rooms and the bathrooms are equipped with central heating, so that the apartment can be used all year round.
W-LAN, British satellite TV and radio with CD player available.
The windows have double glazing after dt. Standard with Portuguese 'Portadas' (internal stores - pushed).
The living room includes a new and modern kitchen with upscale standard includes microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machines (powder and capsule) etc.
Covered barbecue area with Portuguese stone oven available.
After agreement is possible to use a washing machine.

The main house is occupied only occasionally.

The pool level is exclusive for guests.

In the holiday season the local Yacht Club (Clube Naval Sesimbra) offers the possibility of sailing! A surf-Kitschule as well as stand-up school is located some 15km. Furthermore, the guests are happy to take on Hemp range diving schools with the appropriate qualifications to the various dive sites.
Approximately 15 minutes away is the Golf and Country Club 'Quinta do Peru', which invites you to play golf and tennis.

Loved this property!! Guenther is a superstar.nothing was too much trouble. He really goes above and beyond. Apartment was perfect, gorgeous pool and Sesimbra is very chilled, friendly with an amazing sandy beach.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung und außergewöhnlich netter Gastgeber! Der Außenbereich mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Pool ist besonders hervorzuheben. Man hat einen fantastischen Blick und der Garten ist sehr gepflegt. Auch die Lage ist optimal und das Zentrum mit vielen guten Restaurants, dem Meer und der Markthalle sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber für den tollen Aufenthalt!

We had a very nice vacation in sesimbra with günther as a host. He is very helpful. The place had all what we needed and the pool is spot on! Yes it’s on a hill and after 4 days walking up and down with a 3 year old and no trolley we took taxi. It was about 3,5 euros to center of sesimbra. But the view is amazing and the bbq place is well worth it

Last minute trip 3 day trip to Sesimbra. Gunther was really welcoming and helpful. The house was perfect for me and my two kids. We loved spending time in the pool.

Another wonderful stay

This was our 2nd holiday at Günther’s apartment and, if anything, it was even better than we had remembered it. The swimming pool and garden are so inviting that it is tempting to stay there and not explore Sesimbra! We are already yearning to be back there.

A very nice place with an amazing pool.

We had a very nice stay at the studio. Günther was very friendly and helpfull. The pool is amazing. Everything was perfect, no complaints at all. Just be aware that the studio you rent is part of the house of the owner.

A Cool Spot in Sesimbra

A very comfortable place to stay with 3 people or less. The small beach town and owner are very nice and helpful. The views, accomodations and location are awesome. I would definitely go back and also liked the owner so much that I invited him to visit my home town!

Simple but perfect (just bring your walking shoes!)

The apartment is great, small but has everything you could want. The pool and outside area is lovely and bigger than it looks in the photos. Gunther is a great host, available and friendly but never in the way. The beach is close but down a big hill! If you have a young family it can be a bit tough walking to town with a buggy. Generally a really great base and proof that all the reviews about it add up true. Great place

Das Objekt hat eine tolle Lage und einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen und schönen Urlaub. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist super.

Really enjoyable place and location.

We were very happy staying at this property. Günther was very hospitable and willing to help us with anything and everything. We stayed in Sesimbra in June so it was not during the high season which was just starting as we left. It meant that the town was rather quiet but still everything was open and we enjoyed some wonderful restaurants and beautiful sights and beaches of Sesimbra. The only downside to the low season was the lack of taxi's or Ubers which were hard to get and we were forced, more than we would have liked, to take the steep walk home at the end of the day. Just as we were leaving they seemed to be opening a bus stop on the next corner so that problem might be solved already. All in all we really enjoyed staying at Günther's place and in Sesimbra. Would recommend.

Estadia razoável, boa relação qualidade preço.

Propriedade conforme descrita no anúncio, apenas tenho a apontar problemas com a Internet só conseguimos ter em apenas 1 dia, dos 5 que pernoitamos. Em relação ao check out, também não gostei, além de ser às 11h, que já acho muito cedo, em cerca de 90% de locais visitados o check out costuma ser ás 12h, ainda assim começamos a sentir alguma pressão por volta das 9h30m /10h.

Kleines Paradies

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Der Pool, der Garten, die Palmen und der Blick sind herrlich. Außerdem ist es ein sehr schönes Städtchen mit einem historischen Kern inklusive Festung und Museum. Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, am Rückweg muss man ein paar Höhenmeter bewältigen. Herr Hilt ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher, unkomplizierter Gastgeber, wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Vielen Dank nochmals für das Abholen vom Busbahnhof, lieber Herr Hilt!

Traumhafter Garten

Die Lage mit Blick auf das Meer ist toll, der Garten wunderschön und gepflegt. Herr Hilt ist ein aufmerksamer, umsichtiger und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Die beiden Hunde sind freundlich, meistens nicht zu hören, allerdings bellt einer morgens. Die Wohnung ist klein, schlicht und praktisch eingerichtet, sehr sauber und genau wie beschrieben. Das Kinderzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer mit Tür zu Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer. Wir hatten trotz kühlen Wetters eine sehr schöne Zeit, mit wunderbaren Ausflügen zu den vom Gastgeber empfohlenen Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Super séjour !

Appartement très agréable et bien équipé, terrasse et piscine avec vue sur l'océan dans un jardin très bien entretenu. Le propriétaire Gunther est très accueillant et l'accès à la plage est possible à pied.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr gepflegte Wohnung mit schönem Garten und großem, gepflegtem Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt dort; Herr Hilt ist ein sehr freundlicher, ausgesprochen hilfsbereiter und gleichzeitg diskreter Gastgeber. Die Betten sind bequem, das Zimmer mit den Stockbetten ist ein Durchgangszimmer und die Küche ist recht klein - das sind aber Nebensächlichkeiten. Die Sommerküche mit Grill im Garten ist gut angelegt, die Bepflanzung schön und der Blick aufs Meer wie beschrieben. Zum Strand kann man zu Fuß gehen, ebenso in den Ort Sesimbra mit seinem traditionellen Dorfkern und etlichen Restaurants, Cafes und Geschäften. Setubal und Lissabon sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen, ebenso einige schöne Strände in der Umgebung; das nahe Naturschutzgebiet lässt sich erwandern.

A casa está num sítio espetacular, é pequenina e corresponde ao anúncio. Tivemos um problema com a casa devido ao cheiro intenso a detergente. Embora a VRBO tenha dito que o proprietário iria resolver, até à data nada nos foi dito.
