This is a beautiful single level bayside home with breath taking views of the water and private pool. This home features a private front courtyard, expansive lanai, outdoor dining area, pool with spa and dock access. That is only the outside of the home! Inside you will find open concept living with amazing natural light and water views. There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Paddle boards are available for use with this home. Take a peaceful paddle down the intracoastal and you are sure to find amazing bird life and even dolphins that visit the neighbors! The beach is a short drive away. Tampa Bay is a family friendly community with many great activities for kids and the family. Get ready to melt your stress away .

So much better than NY.

The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. I wouldn’t say you could walk to anything. Everything was a very close drive though. We went February into March and the pool got full all day. We had a few small hiccups, which were resolved. It did take the owner a little bit to get back to us but I am assuming it’s because she was possibly working. The beds felt soft, so we were all worried that they were not going to be comfortable, none of us woke up with back problems, so they were fine. There is a shed on the property that has some nice toys and inflated tubes in it. There is also a bike and some fishing poles. Everything in that shed was in good condition. Sometimes you rent a house and the pool stuff is broken or rusty or flat tubes, etc.. this was not the case at this property. Beware if you fish off the dock - you will only catch catfish!!. It was still alot of fun, there was a dolphin that came into the canal and visited almost every day. I would definitely rent again.

So Hard To Beat!

This is our second time staying here and we have already booked for 2024! This is such a perfect home. Great layout with tons of windows. NIcely decorated with furniture that is great shape. Direct access to the covered patio and spacious pool. Every night the sunsets are incredible! Location is in a great neighborhood with plenty of quiet streets for walking our dog. 5 min or so to Treasure Island and John's Pass, 10 min or so to St. Pete Beach public parking, 30 min to Ft. De Soto Dog Beach where dogs can be off leash and really play! (Avoid weekends unless you like crowds.) Noel and Marc are spectacular hosts. Highly recommend! Just please don't book our time slot! Ha!

Awesome

We were so pleased when we first saw the property-it was spotless, updated and well maintained inside and out. The pictures don’t do it justice. All ages loved the pool and spa and we saw dolphins just off the end of the dock. The owners were very responsive to our queries. We can’t wait to return in the fall! Thank you Noel and Mark! Home away from home experience

Can’t thank Noel (host) enough for sharing her beautiful home with us. The weather was colder than anticipated and we were working, but that didn’t matter as we were very comfortable in the house. Simply put - our stay was perfect.

Nice stay - accurate representation

Only challenge was TV, but everything was in good order. Owner/manager easy to work with. Had to leave early so lost out on half the cost. They offered to rebook another time but it is filled up.

Beautiful home with excellent locatio

We loved our time at this home. Staying on the canal was perfect for us. We brought our jetskis with us and we were on the water daily since the boat dock also has jetski ports. From the dock, we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and visits from resident dolphins. The location of the home was close to everything. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing time and Villa, thank you Noel

We've been visiting Florida for nearly 20 yrs, staying in Villas every time so have experience and can say that our stay at this Villa was lovely, ideally located to the Beach and Downtown St Pete, plus a wide canal/bay if watersports are your thing, especially with the paddle boards included with the booking. Villa was lovely, clean, spacious and with all the amenities you would need. Noel was very attentive and caring about our stay. Highly recommend.

Wonderful!

This home was better than we expected! From our first steps in the door we were smiling! The greatroom is huge and decorated very nicely. The kitchen is not large, but perfect for the 2 of us. Plenty of room for entertaining with the large dining table, the breakfast nook table and the patio table. The master bedroom is huge! Both bathrooms were recently renovated and look great! The other bedrooms are both good size. The backyard is great! A full size pool with incredible views and sunsets. There is a decent size lawn on the side of the house for our dog to use. Wonderful neighborhood to take walks in and close drive to Treasure Island (5 min) and St. Pete Beach (10-15 min). Grocery stores etc all within 5-10 min. Noel was very quick to respond to questions. We have already booked for next spring!

St. Petersburg Beauty

What will impress you immediately is the stunning location and views from the house and patio. Not only do they have an amazing water view and amenities to fit but the gorgeous birds The house is very comfortable and roomy and occasional porpoises swimming by add to the beauty, All the rooms are large and have everything you need. While the house is an older one, everything works. The house came equipped with everything you will need, plenty of towels, sheets, bath and kitchen supplies, and even lots of spices in the cabinet. The owner is readily available to respond to a renter's questions of how to do something. The pool is gorgeous and heate4d. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture. Two of our adult children visited us for a few days and did not want to leave. If you stay here don't miss dining at a wonderful restaurant at the beach, just a few miles away called Verducci's. There are plenty of shops and supermarkets and restaurants just minutes away. this is an ideal spot for a vacation.

Expectations exceeded

My family and I stayed at this property for 22 days. This property was far better than the pictures and descriptions. The home was very clean and the yard was well cared for. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Noel, the contact for this property was an absolute joy to talk to. She was very accommodating and knowledgeable for activities in the area of the home. All the amenities were there for us and even beach supplies (cooler, chairs, pool/beach toys).

Great House and amazing pool.

This is a great place for family or a group of adults for week or long-term rental. Ideal floor plan for entertaining; nice big open area family room that opens to covered sundeck and pool area and galley style kitchen. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very private. It's not over the top with amenities but certainly has everything you need. Nice cold AC, good appliance package, bathrooms look to be original but I think they are going to be renovated this fall. When renting ask for a crash course on the pool mechanics if you are not familiar. You are a very short ride to restaurants, grocery, and beaches. The neighborhood is very friendly and great to walk around for exercise. We used the paddle boards almost daily and even got to paddle with the dolphins! Plenty of fish & crabs to catch from the dock. Most days it was hard to leave the pool to go to the beach. Floating in the bay was also nice!

We will be coming back!

We spent 3 weeks at the house and loved the property! It was accurately described in the listing, but still such a pleasant surpirse when you arrive to see the pool and view in the back. We loved the backyard and pool/hot tub, and pretty much spent all of our time at the house using both. We saw so many different types of birds, and saw the dolphins 3 times! We used the paddle boards almost everyday. The view of the sunset from the backyard was such a treat! Noel was a great host and was very responsive any time I had a question. We can't wait to come back!

Beautiful home...fabulous location

5 weeks here was not enough...waking up seeing the water right outside your window was the best. It is a great house for family. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit. The kids swam every morning and night. The fished off the dock and caught a bunch of fun fish. We had kayaks, which with the 2 paddle boards made for fun days on the water. The showers had the best water pressure and we never ran out of hot water no matter how many people were getting ready at.the same time. The washer and dryer are a tad too small for 8 people, but I understand that will be fixed. Beds are comfy and furniture is as well. Could use more lamps and a few more tables/ nightstands, but what is there is very nice and serviceable. Kitchen has great knives and plenty of dishes and glassware....Nice wine glasses too. However, no mixer or blender or anything like that...we managed easily though. I loved this place and sure hope to return....Thank you Noel for an amazing stay.

A treasure in Treasure Island

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home for over a month. It's in a fantastic friendly neighborhood, with a wonderful backyard overlooking the bay. The house is lovely, lots of windows and light! We were not only comfortable in this house but cozy. Dealing with Noel was a breeze, she was attentive to questions that we had and proactive in making our stay very pleasant. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Absolute paradise!

The property was incredible...the inside was spacious and very nice. The three bedrooms allowed us to have family visit during Christmas week (we rented the property for five weeks). But what makes this property a dream is the outside. The outdoor living space is paradise. The pool is huge and heated....and the spa is pure luxury. The large dock is great for relaxing, reading, and our favorite....fishing! We love to fish, and for those who do as well, this property is a great find. Off the dock, we caught: Lady fish, pin fish, black drum, sheepshead, weakfish, and spotted trout. We also bought a few crab traps and caught Stone Crab and Flordia Blue Crab. The neighborhood is quiet and fun to walk through with all the gorgeous houses. Noel was extremely responsive, thorough in her communications, and very friendly. We highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning someday soon.
