Beach chic meets casual elegance in this brand new ground level cottage only steps away from the best beach on Anna Maria Island. The Beach Cottage is across the street from the soft white sand beach and turquoise waters. At dusk watch the most spectacular sunset over the water on the best spot on the Island, Bean Point. Pine Street is just a few blocks away where you can bike to your favorite local eateries and shops.

The first room you enter at The Beach Cottage is a large screened in porch with plenty of seating for relaxing, reading a book, drinking your morning coffee, or your glass of wine after dinner. From the screened in porch you enter the large family room complete with comfy couches for an entertaining family game or movie night. The Beach Cottage is equipped with a large gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances. Right outside of the kitchen is a gas Weber grill to maybe enjoy your fresh catch of the day next to your private heated pool. There are two master bedrooms, both with king size beds. One of the master bedrooms has its own private bathroom while the other has a pocket door to the shared bathroom. The kids room, which sleeps four, has custom built bunk beds complete with reading lights and book shelves. Each of the bedrooms have smart TVs.

Perfect Girls Getaway Spot

I enjoyed this home with 3 friends and it was perfect in every important way! Clean: It was very clean and for being next to the beach no sand on the floor, was pretty amazing. Comfort: All beds, linens, towels were good quality and comfortable Location: North End of AMI is the best and beach access is right across the street. Functional and Well Appointed: This home has tons of seating and the kitchen is the heart of the home. The finishes and attention to detail are well above a standard vacay home. Stocked: beach chairs, pool towels, games, books and entertainment items. Pool/Outdoor Shower: Pool was lovely and outdoor shower is great for not tracking sand in the house or the pool. Communication was good and timely. We all said we can't wait to get back. Would be great for a big family.

Great house

Enjoyed our stay, house was in a great location, easy walk to the beach. It was clean an updated and the pool was private and nice as well. Kids used the 2 bikes provided which was a perk as well.

Perfect Family Rental

Everything about our stay at Good Vibes Cottage was perfect. The house was steps to the beach, kid-friendly, and very clean. The pool was also a great amenity. Will book all my stays at AMI here!

Excellent House

We had a fantastic trip! The house is perfect! The location is great - minutes from the beach. It was an easy walk. We did bring a beach wagon with us that proved to be most helpful. Our one desire would be to have more flexibility with the air conditioner. However, we completely understand that there is a need to keep the machine running well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to return. We highly recommend this beach cottage.

Wonderful stay!

This property was perfect. The house was clean. The layout worked so well for our family. The pool was perfect size and we could see everyone swimming from inside the kitchen (which is helpful with kids). The walk to the beach was short and beach access was easy enough to find. The neighborhood was perfect. No noise issues. It is not busy/ overcrowded at all. We rented a golf cart and everything was a very quick ride from the house. The owner was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly when necessary. I would 100% recommend his house! We will definitely be back for another stay!

Location and Updated!

This cottage is just in a perfect location to walk easily to the beach. It is on a more quiet part of the island, and although the Mother's Day weekend was busy on the beach, we did not feel that in the neighborhood. The cottage itself is completely upgraded and so well done! You will not need for anything for the beach nor the kitchen and baths. Very nice amenities all around. Our favorite part of the cottage was the screened in porch. Started and ended our days there! We had a few housekeeping issues to report to the owner, but nothing major to impact our stay. Just overall value for the price. Note - be careful in the outdoor shower enclosure as it was sometimes difficult to work the latch to get out! We used a seashell to prop the door. We also never got the tvs in the bedrooms to work, but that was most likely user error and/or wifi signal! Not on AMI to watch tv, so not a big problem for us again, and to be fair, we never asked for help on that as it didn't really matter to us! Just fyi. Loved the beach and island walks, getting ice cream, dinner at "Waterfront". A very relaxing get-away for us in a lovely cottage.

Lovely week on AMI

Perfect home and location on a beautiful island. House is clean and updated. We traveled with a three year old and the pool was a huge attraction. Our stay was lovely, and no one wanted to go home and back to reality.

The perfect beach house!

This was by far our best family vacation - we absolutely loved this gorgeous cottage. I'm always wary of online listings, worried I'll be disappointed when I get there, but this house actually exceeded my expectations and is even more amazing in person! It was the perfect size for our family. The huge kitchen had everything we could possibly need, the front porch daybed was our favorite spot for naps, and the pool is perfect. Loved that there were plenty of chairs and towels to take across the street to the beach with us, and 2 bikes to ride around the island. We're already planning another trip here - thank you, Jessica, for a fabulous stay!

Can’t wait to come back!

I booked this house for a girls’ long weekend getaway, and it was the perfect place for us 6. Short walk to the gorgeous beach, or use the 2 cruiser bikes to include a ride through the quaint neighborhood. Huge kitchen - well stocked with every equipment you might need, including a blender! Plenty of space for us to just gather and hang out. The pool was on the small side but it was perfect for cooling off and just relaxing in it. Check-in and check out process was very smooth, communication with the host was easy. Not a deal breaker - just only thing is I wish there was a big coffee table in the living room! I wanted to start a jigsaw puzzle or some board games, but I didn’t want to set it up on the floor. We are already talking about coming back with our families and renting the house next door too, also owned and managed by the same host. Don’t hesitate to rent here, you will definitely enjoy!

A Must Stay

Such a beautiful property. It really is a luxury cottage. Super clean and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. Easy walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes). It was such peaceful and quiet spot at the end of the island. I would highly recommend staying here.

Can’t beat location on AMI

Literally a 3 minute walk to Bean Point beach, which is the nicest beach on the island in my opinion. Also close to shops and restaurants on Pine Ave. Home was clean and nicely appointed. Quiet and peaceful. If you are looking for a relaxing, stress free get-away, this place is a home run. Only minor hiccup was communication regarding our late check out. We thought it was all set, but apparently not as we had to vacate by 10 a.m. Overall it was a great stay and we would gladly book it again and probably would stay longer.

Perfect Getaway!

This was our first trip with our 9month old baby and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The cottage was perfect; clean, quiet, so close to the beach! We enjoyed the pool and my favorite was the screened in front porch. The beds were so comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. Two large fans, a pack and play, beach chairs and towels, beach toys! My only tip would be to bring some laundry detergent or pods with you as there was none left behind or provided. There is a convenience store down the street just incase! Thank you Jessica for the wonderful stay!

Lovely beach cottage with a great location.

The beach cottage was exactly as advertised, well appointed and thoughtfully laid out with a perfect amount of space for my husband, our 3 kids and my parents. Loved the location on the north end of the island, very close to beach access with a quieter beach. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again!

Billy and I have been visiting AMI regularly since we first started dating. We now have 4 kids and our family not only loves the island life, but also how at home we feel on AMI. The Beach Cottage caught our eye for its location on the North End of the Island, its charm, and its focus on family-centered living. Our favorite part of vacationing on AMI are walking to the soft, white sand beach at dusk and watching the most stunning sunsets over the Gulf. Our Family has truly found a dream vacation home!
