The main farmhouse has four bedrooms two full baths and sleeps 10 people. The guest house Sleeping 4, with 2 upstairs bedrooms one full bath. The cabin sleeps 4 with plenty of room. Connected to the property in the back acreage is a solar powered Zen garden. This area includes a fire pit, 3 tier water fountain for ambiance, hammock, 2 hammock swings, 1500 watt solar power capability, powering 1600 feet of LED lights and a cabana equipped with an outdoor surround sound stereo system.
A great space to relax and to be in your own quiet peaceful place away from the houses right out in nature. The perfect property for a larger gathering where everyone can be together, yet have your own space and privacy. Your 300’ Lake Charlevoix access is located just across Ferry road where you have access to 2 separate docks and 2 sun decks. One 16’x26’ sundeck at the main dock, and one 16’x12’ sundeck at the middle Dock. A mooring ball provided if you decide to bring your own boat.
