Sleeps 4 persons comfortably, optimal for 2 persons. Directly across from renowned Hutchinson Island Beach!
Cottage has very open floor plan - living room is open to dining room and kitchen! Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans and appliances to cook whatever your heart desires. Cottage has washer and dryer in unit. Also has outside patio with BBQ. Private bedroom has queen size bed, and there is also a sofa bed in the living room.
Private community Club house, private pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, and a very active community center. Only one dog per unit.
