Luxury Single Family Home, Handicap Accessible - 1 Block To Beach & Boardwalk.

This unique single family home was completed in June 2008. It's impeccably furnished/maintained! It has great appeal for people traveling with handicapped guests. 2 out of the 5 bedrooms are master suites. On the 1st floor, up a ramp from your private parking area that easily fits four vehicles is a 'handicapped accessible' master suite which includes a full bathroom with a glass & marble shower. This suite has many of the normal handicap amenities along with a California King size bed. The other suite is on the 2nd floor & includes a king size bed & a twin bed for the child who might still need to be somewhat close to mom/dad, a spectacular 'huge' bathroom with a sit down glass/marble shower & a deck. There's a 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor with a queen size bed, a full bathroom and a 2nd living room which includes a VERY large plasma TV, 2 sofas, chairs & a porch with table and chairs. The 3rd floor has a full bath with 2 bedrooms; 1 with 3 twin beds & a 2nd with 2 sets of bunkbeds & a single bed. This room also enjoys a deck with a breathtaking view of our famous Ocean City ferris wheel all decorated with beautiful state of the art led lights. I also included two air mattresses for those additional guests who just pop in for the beach and a place to crash. As far as linens, they are not included with rental fee but a full linens package option is available directly through owner.

The property was immaculate. Everything was well furnished and clean. The house was very light and bright which was inviting for us. The directions on how to use the house was clear and the expectations laid out. Our family took advantage of the linen package offered and it made things so much easier when we got there. I would highly recommend this property and the owner is an effective communicator.

This house is AMAZING! we hosted a small retreat for our 7th & 8th grade confirmation retreat. The house was perfect for our needs. A mere block from the boardwalk. Plenty of space for hanging out with a great layout and amazing rooms. We will be booking again!

Great place to stay
The house and location are great. The house is a lot bigger that we thought, which was awesome. You can't beat the location. It's only a block from the beach and boardwalk. Dan was a great host. He gave us a tour of the house and provided a lot amenities (e.g., bikes, chairs, beach toys, barbeque) that we didn't expect.

Training Week
As listed 610 Atlantic is a beautiful home, in great condition, and able to accommodate a good number. It was a good fit for housing a portion of our team during a training week. The open kitchen layout was conducive to preparing larger meals and an additional living room allowed kids a second out of the place location. The bikes for use came in really handy. Proximity to town / beach / boardwalk, and in our case track, were all great. Dan was quick to respond in communications.

A perfect vacation!
This was our first family trip to OC NJ and we intend to return! The house is well-maintained and a great size for a large group. The upstairs family room was a kid favorite! The house has plenty of bedrooms which is great for large families that want to vacation together. For my family, the first floor master bedroom was great for my dad as he had been struggling with stairs recently. Dan offers a wonderful linen package so we didn’t have to bring our own sheets or towels, and we were also pleasantly surprised that he had beach tags at the house for us to use so we didn’t have to buy our own. It was a lovely trip and I can’t wait to go back!

Great location for family or friends reunions
The house is only a block from the boardwalk and owner provided 10 beach passes. 4.5 baths and 5 bedrooms can accommodate a large group comfortably. Just be prepared to climb stairs. The porches were wonderful to enjoy the beautiful weather. The house was well stocked with plenty of towels, dishes, and miscellaneous items like ziplock bags and spices. Door locks took us a little while to figure out how to lock but we figured out to raise the handle to turn key. Dealing with the host was the only stressful part. The host got huffy and hung up on me when I told him that we were caught in traffic and would not be in until the evening. He evidently had to work but he left the house unlocked although he didn’t tell me that. We just discovered that when we arrived. Also, this host sent me a contract two days before our check in which I had not encountered on other rentals. He would not answer simple questions like type of coffee maker so that I could pack the right type of filters so I just brought k cups since there was a Kureg. But the house and location were great.

Appreciated being greeted by Dan getting the opportunity to ask questions. Dan was very informative and readily available if needed. We were a group of 8 women and house fit our needs very well. We would definitely do a return trip to this location.

Great Property and Location
We spent Three nights at this Luxury home. The Host, Dan, met us when we arrived to introduce us to his property and was very informative about things to do in Ocean City. Property is very close to many restaurants, beach and board walk. We ate at several great seafood restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property and location to others.

We decided to have a weekend getaway with extended family. The house was exactly as expected, but Dan was beyond our expectations. He was kind, informative, and full of grace as we planned the trip. We would happily stay again. The close proximity to the Boardwalk and the shops was fantastic.

Great rental in OCNJ
Our family enjoyed our stay at Dan’s rental in OCNJ! The house was very clean, well stocked with necessities and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed sitting on the upper level decks and especially the front porch to enjoy the ocean breezes. The location was perfect! It’s very close to the beach, restaurants and shops making it convenient to just leave the car parked while walking wherever we wanted to go! It’s definitely place we’d stay at again!

Great place to stay, lots of extras. Family and I had a great time and owner was quick to reply to our questions. No issues at all during our stay. Definitely better than the pictures with ample room to spread out. Only complaint is I wish we would have had first crack at rebooking for next year.

Really super house.
This was our 13th year on Ocean City and we have stayed in a number of different houses. Dans place was easily the best equipped, great kitchen, nicely furnished, and very clean. The garage was full of beach stuff and bikes for us to use. Dan was super easy to contact and very helpful. He brought us trash bags and paper products and left very specific instructions for the home. The houses location is excellent just one block from the beach and the boardwalk. Overall an excellent stay.

Amazing property
My husband and I, our 3 kids, our dog, my parents, aunt, brother and my brother’s girlfriend stayed at this property and we can’t stop raving about our experience. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice, not to mention the amenities! The owner not only provides beach tags, beach chairs, and bikes, but every bathroom has hand soap and toilet paper (the good stuff!) there are plenty of rolls of paper towels, trash bags and really any other item you can think of, he has. When we had a problem with the upstairs thermostat the owner responded immediately and had someone come out to fix it the same day. I don’t know about other people, but I’ve had problems with my own thermostat at home and couldn’t get someone for a minimum of 2 days! The house is so close to the beach and boardwalk, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

The place was large, lovely, and clean, with lots of breezy porches. The ramp entrance on the first floor and the the grab rails in the master bath were very helpful for my mother-in-law, who uses a walker.

Why they chose this property

My home is quite unique as compared to all others in the same neighborhood. First of all, it's a large, newer single family home which is rare to find these days. I am pet friendly and handicapped assessible because our four legged friends are very important members of the family and our most 'seasoned citizens' often like to gather the entire family together at one time but they also need that larger home with no steps for themselves.

What makes this property unique

In most transactions I try to keep the paperwork to a minimum so I don't normally require a security deposit.
