The 40 m² apartment is optimally cut and equipped with tiled floor. In the living / dining area are radio and TV flat panel incl. Satellite reception of all German-language channels available. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and fitted wardrobe. The furniture in the living room offers 2 additional sleeping facilities for children. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, gas stove, oven / microwave, coffee maker, all cooking utensils, crockery and glasses. The spacious bathroom with shower and toilet has a window. The terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers borders the lawn with a large lawn and shady trees.

The apartment has a gas heating for the living area, so that it can be used already in the spring and in the beautiful late summer / fall.

The janitorial couple on site welcomes you u. hands over the apartment keys.

Electricity, heating, hot water and care provided by the caretaker included locally in the rental price. Bed linen and towels necessary. The cost of the final cleaning is currently 40 EUR.

Traumhafter Urlaub am Gardasee

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt in Top Lage. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend mit Wegbeschreibung zur Wohnung und anderen Tipps in Italien. Das Hausmeister Ehepaar vor Ort ist sehr freundlich und angenehm. In der Wohnung sind tolle Ausflug Tipps, die unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht haben. Wirklich mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Gerne wieder!!!!!!

Ein schöner Urlaub

Die Lage ist einmalig! Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht und wie im Inserat angegeben. Sehr nette Vermieter und ein sehr nettes Hausmeisterpaar vor Ort.

Kurzurlaub

Wir waren wenige Tage in der Anlage und es war sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Nähe zum See ist schön und auf der Liegewiese hat man viel Platz. Bäckerei in der Nähe. Leider war der Campingplatz nebenan gut zu hören. Aber das hat uns nicht besonders gestört.

Wunderschöne 18 Tage, pure Erholung!

Wir haben eine sehr gepflegte , top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung vorgefunden. Die Lage zum See ist perfekt, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und das Hausmeister Ehepaar sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Konnten Schlauboot und Stand Up lagern und Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Man hat sogar die Möglichkeit für kleines Geld Wäsche zu waschen. Wir hatten 18 erholsame und wunderschöne Tage am Gardasee und können es nur bestens weiterempfehlen. Wir jederzeit gerne wieder!!!!!

Sehr schöne Ferien-Wohnanlage direkt am See

Die Angaben im Inserat sind korrekt beschrieben, die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Kontakt zum Besitzer und Hausmeister waren sehr gut. Das Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße hin, deshalb hört man den Kiosk- und Gaststättenbetrieb bis weit in die Nacht hinein sehr laut, das ist schade. Trotz allem war es ein schöner, sonniger Urlaub.

Traumhafte Lage des Appartements - jederzeit wieder

Die Lage des Objekts ist nicht zu überbieten. Alle Angaben im Inserat waren korrekt beschrieben. Sowohl der Kontakt zum Besitzer als auch zum Hausmeister vor Ort waren super und zuvorkommend. Wir hoffen, wieder einmal dieses Objekt buchen zu können. Das war wirklich Erholung pur.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage. Trotz eng gebauter Bungalows hat man seine Privatsphäre

Schöner Ferienwohnung in schöner Anlage. Bei heißen Temperaturen wäre eine Klimaanlage wünschenswert. Da der Schlafbereich zur Straße geht, ist es durch den Gaststättenbetrieb, Strandzugang und Campingplatzzugang relativ laut. Ansonsten haben wir hier sehr schöne Tage mit dem Gardasee quasi vor der Haustür verbracht.

Schöne gepflegte Anlage. Aber nicht geeignet für eine Familie mit Kindern. Man hat ständig das Gefühl unter Beobachtung zu stehen und blos nicht zu laut. Dies ist eher etwas für Renter.

Vom Apartment direkt ins Wasser

Das Apartment war genau wie beschrieben - sauber und gepflegt. Das wir direkt am See wohnten hat uns besonders gefallen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Myssig och vacker plats

Boendet var jätte trevligt med allt som du behöver med fantastiskt trägård exakt vid Garda. Kontakten med ägaren och Diago fungerade perfekt. Rekommenderar starkt. Det ända som behöver förbättras är att skaffa en AC så man kan stänga fönster och dörrar på natten eftersom huset ligger nära restauranger och gatan med mycket folk. Natten är livligt och det kan bli besvärligt att sova med öppna fönster.

Pfingsten schon im See gebadet

Es waren herrliche Tage weil wir die Sonne mitgebracht haben. Deshalb konnten wir schon im See baden. Die gesamte Anlage war in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Wir waren begeistert.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit direktem Seezugang

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und bequem eingerichtet. Alle wichtigen Dinge waren vorhanden. Die Beschreibung im Internet trifft 100 % zu. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen die Hellhörigkeit. Lärmende Straßenmusikanten und Campingplatzbewohner waren im Schlafzimmer laut zu hören.

sehr schöner Urlaub

wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Manerba, die Ferienwohnung hat alles was man braucht. Die ideale Lage direkt am See ist top. Auch das Hausmeisterehepaar ist sehr nett u sehr zuvorkommend u ist immer da. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal dort Urlaub machen.

Sehr schön

Die Wohnung war supper Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Anlage ist supper gepflegt und die Lage ist auch sehr gut . Direkt am See. Der Abwart ist sehr zuvorkomment, es fehlt allso nichts für einen tollen Badeurlaub..Fam. Schneider

Es war noch kühl

Leider war das Wetter dieses Jahr zeitweise noch kühl und unbeständig. Aber in der Wohnung ist eine sehr gut funktionierende Gasheizung. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Ich kann sie nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolles Spätsommerwetter direkt am See!

Der Hausmeister hat uns freundlich empfangen, uns die Schlüssel übergeben und alles erklärt! Der Parkplatz direkt bei der Wohnung war schon für uns reserviert! Wir haben die Ruhe in der Anlage, den Seeblick, Steg und Strandpromenade sehr genossen. Da die Wohnung Morgensonne hat, konnten wir auf der Terrasse frühstücken! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Alles da, sauber und gepflegt.
