First time staying in Seapointe Village. Condo was very clean and well appointed. Great location with beautiful view of the ocean and easy beach access. Great communication with owner too. Would definitely recommend!
Mary Ellen was such a pleasure to work with! Her place is absolutely gorgeous and fully stocked with supplies … it is a perfect place to stay for a small family!
First time in wildwood. Loved it! Seapointe Village has a great location right on the beach and walking distance to local restaurants. Also easy drive to all nearby shore towns. Loved the basketball court for the kids and will return!
The property was exactly as described. You can walk right out of the condo to the beach! The condo is in a gated community. We felt safe and had everything we needed. All the different pools on the property made the stay even better because we could get a break from the beach. The host did a great job of communicating with us. We would 110% stay here again.
Thavk you Mary Ellen and Kevin for an amazing week! Your condo was perfect and comfortable in every way. Just as described. Easy access to pools and beach, chairs provided, and beautifully decorated condo! The balcony was so nice to be able to enjoy our breakfast every day and relax. We will be returning for sure. Thanks so much!
We had a wonderful time! Seapointe is a wonderful spot to stay with great amenities, especially the spotless pools and beaches. The staff are exceptionally friendly too. The only downside is the distance to the boardwalk. The condo itself was well appointed and MaryEllen was super helpful throughout the rental process and during our stay. It would have been an all five star review except there was some miscommunication on our check in day and our unit wasn’t cleaned, but Maryellen was quick to make it right.
Unfortunately we were unable to stay at the property due to emergency health issues a couple of days before the stay. I quickly reached out to MaryEllen who was nothing short of amazing. She was very understanding and allowed us to book for next year.
If her response is a reflection of her place then I can not wait to stay there with the family next year! Highly recommend working with MaryEllen.

Enjoyed vacation, but not likely to return!
We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxation this vacation provided. The condo owner was delightful to work with throughout the rental process & her unit was decorated tastefully and well-appointed The lobby of this building is bright, decorated in a current style, but missing anyone serving in a Receptionist or Guest Services capacity. Hallways on each floor of this building are dark, dated and do not give a good impression. Other than Grounds Maintenance (who did an impeccable job), the presence of any on-site staff was minimal, including the Property Mgr, who was unreachable since none of the facility's literature or website indicated how to contact anyone except for the Sales Dept. The website mentions Spa services, which we would have been interested in enjoying, but we were unable to find a spa anywhere on the property or anyone to inquire about these services. The Pinnacle pool area offered Lifeguards and Pool Monitors on a part-time basis only. Only Bob, Pool Monitor at the Garden Building was present consistently and was the friendliest staff person we encountered the entire week. Actually, he was the ONLY staff member who even spoke to us or made any effort to welcome us or make us feel like our choosing Seapointe even mattered. He actually remembered our name from day to day as we checked into his well-managed pool area where we were able to enjoy a peaceful and refreshing time of relaxation. Unfortunately, we didn't discover Bob until the second half of our stay. In contrast, the pool area at the Pinnacle bldg. had no one to manage unruly guests who enjoyed shouting to each other and tossing a football across the entire pool, and loudly playing seemingly endless games of Marco Polo. At one point, their behavior had driven all other guests from the pool, yet no one representing Seapointe was available to enforce the posted rule "Enjoy your vacation while being respectful of others." Unable to contact anyone in mgmt. about this issue, I contacted the Sales group asking them to refer me to the correct individual. They must not have thought the matter was worthy of their attention since I received no response the entire week. That is unfortunate since the matter was important enough to me that I will be unlikely to rent there again, and I have already cautioned a family member with reservations later this year that they may want to re-think their stay.
This condo is as advertised. Can't wait to stay hear again !! Definitely recommend this place. Owners are awesome and made everything as easy as can be from booking to checking out.
Private location in Wildwood Crest, Diamond Beach with ocean viewie
Beautiful gated community of condos, with lovely grounds and resort-like pools...that is also beach front! This property has ocean view from the balcony which was great to lounge, read, and see the sea. Parking was easy and the elevator with access to carts made check in and out a breeze. The place was clean and we had no problems. This is a good pick.
The unit was very clean, very accommodating, roomy. The grounds at Seapointe Village are very beautiful, plenty to do with family & close to the beach. Wonderful view from balcony.
My wife, two daughters and I had a great stay! The place was just as described- nice, comfortable & clean.
The process was easy and communication great! We loved the area and would stay there again. I highly recommend this place!
Host was wonderful, answered any questions we had. Was our first time there and we will assuredly be back!!

About the host
Hosted by Mary Ellen Bly
I have been visiting the Wildwoods since I was a teenager and always wanted to own something here. My husband and I bought this condo in April, 2020. I am a graphic designer and professional photographer and love to take my big lenses to the bird sanctuary next door or to the bay for sunset photos.
Why they chose this property
Of all the places we looked to purchase, this one stood out. The beautiful grounds, the 4 choices of pools, several hot tubs and sun deck. Private Diamond Beach is not as wide as the Wildwood beach and is a lot easier to get to the water. It has a food hut right on the beach with a covered area to sit. The beach has an entrance to the nature preserve and is very beautiful.
What makes this property unique
We have updated from carpet to hardwood flooring (waterproof bamboo), updated the lighting, exhaust fans in both bathrooms, new hot water heater, new HVAC and new kitchen dishes and knives. Main pool is steps from the building. Two minute walk to the beach.
