Beachfront Retreat - 1025 S Pacific St. Unit B

You're almost on top of the waves in this incredible OCEANFRONT vacation rental in the front row! Lounge on your expansive 30-foot oceanfront balcony and feel at one with the surf, sea life, and surfers. Beachfront Retreat B is a 2nd level condo with outrageous 180 degree views of the Pacific Ocean. Sit in the beautifully furnished living room on the custom-made sofa bed (with queen size bed) or loveseat, and be mesmerized by the waves rolling toward you through a wall of windows. The state-of -the-art kitchen features Frigidaire appliances, granite counters, and a walk-in pantry. The spacious ocean view dining area seats 6, plus 2 bar stools at the kitchen bar. You can access the balcony from the ocean view primary bedroom with walk-in closet and walk-in tub/shower in the bath. The secondary bedroom has 2 walk-in closets plus a linen closet, as well as a walk-in shower.

This amazing 3-story oceanfront property has a large sandy yard that is shared with the other 2 units. Located in south Oceanside, it is close to downtown Oceanside, the Pier, and Carlsbad.

We would love to be able to come back and stay in the same location next year. The property management People are totally awesome. Whatever we needed or whatever needed to be done boom done just like that and we appreciate that. The view was amazing. You could stand facing west and see a horizon. Turn left and see the south Horizon turn right and see the North Horizon in between was awesomeness of the ocean and oh by the way we had a parade of dolphins from time to time. Yes, yes, we would definitely come back. It was our happy place for the month of September.

You cannot beat the views and there is really no reason to ever leave the balcony. But if you love a good walk on the beach, access is just about 2 blocks away (for easy access). The condo had everything we needed.

Awesome Views!
Really great views from the living room and master bedroom! Amazing sunset views and also saw dolphins swim by each day! Was clean and had all the essentials to enjoy our stay. The unit could do with some new couches in the living room and a couple of new chairs in the balcony.

This was a wonderful stay with some minor issues that people booking should be made aware of. Not impacting our enjoyment and would still book here again:1) Fold out couch is very uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on the couch without unfolding it.2) Shower has some steps that lead down into it. Not a problem for us, but older visitors should be aware of this. 3) Neighbors upstairs and downstairs so some noise if they aren't considerate.

Spacious and right on the ocean!
The first thing we noticed when we came in was just how spacious this place is. The second thing we noticed is the VIEW through the wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling window-walls. And the sound. We spent long hours on the patio just enjoying the ocean view. We brought beach stuff and never used it, the deck was enough. And over the course of a few days we saw dolphins and a sea lion. The place is very well appointed and comfortable and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
