Description was accurate, except you are not able to watch television from bunk beds in bedroom, other than that all was good. side balcony view of ocean, beach was just a couple steps from condo. Clean pool and hot tub. We felt safe and had a lot of fun ☺️

Relaxing stay with view of Gulf

Very nice condo. Much bigger then pictures made it seem. Comfortable bed. Best part was the massive balcony which seemed to always have a nice breeze even in humid July weather. Location was ideal with no streets to cross to get to beach/water. Short drive to grocery store but check kitchen first as many pantry items and cleaning items provided. Plenty of pots and pans to prepare meals in. Easy communication and instructions which are always appreciated. The condo was quiet and peaceful and provided a great escape for our family vacation.

Condo in Fort Walton

We came to Fort Walton for the National Mark of Excellence dance competition. The condo was in the perfect location. We had a family of five plus 3 grandparents for our stay, but the condo was spacious and we had plenty of room. We especially enjoyed the balcony where we ate most of our meals. If we come back to the area, we would definitely want to stay here again!!

This beach is the most beautiful beach I have ever been to, and we go to Destin and other areas further west fairly often. Alan and Michele had everything we needed for additional beach comfort and fun. The pool access, the splash pad area, and the hot tubs were awesome and the kids loved this just as much as the beach. Alan and Michele were very responsive whenever I needed help. Or had questions. They provided us with all the check-in information and details we needed to make it easy to get settled. The cleanliness of the condo was a bit of an issue for my dust allergy. There were also a lot of food crumbs in the seam of the couch when we laid it flat into a bed, so we had to do some additional cleaning of our own for those issues. I contacted Alan and Michele to let them know about this so they could notify the cleaning staff. The the recommendation from Alan and Michele about Stewby’s across the street was key! Best fresh caught fish tacos I’ve ever had. We ate there a bunch! Overall it was a great stay, and we had a wonderful time! I just can’t say enough about how beautiful and clean and clear the beach and the ocean were.

623 - Azure

The Azure condo buildings were very clean and well maintained. Condo 623 was clean and came with lots of extras (spices, laundry detergent, fabric softener sheets, hand soap, paper towels, etc) The Condo is VERY quiet - we never heard a noise from a neighbor the entire week. One thing to note is that this condo is a bit of a walk to the pool/beach entrance so if mobility is an issue - you should be aware of that. There are community grills available on the other side of the condo building that we used and were also very clean and well maintained. (but they are a bit hidden, we had to ask where to find them) The balcony on this room is HUGE and it was very nice to have room for all 6 of us and our beach gear with room to spare. We spent a lot of time out here when we were at the room. The beach service that was provided with the room was nice. It's a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to get good seats on the beach, but by the end of the week we had caught on. We used Cattywampus for an evening fireworks cruise that I would highly recommend as well as Captain Clay at Crab Island Destination Tours - that was a highlight of our trip. Lunch at AJ's across the road when we got to the condo was great - live music and great food. Overall a great stay at a beautiful location!

Beautiful condo in excellent location

This is really a great condo, couldn't ask for a better location! We were there for my daughter's dance competition and it was perfect. It has everything you could possibly need to prepare multiple kinds of food, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are really nice. Great view from the balcony for morning coffee. Easy walk to the beach! I ended up vacuuming one of the first days there because the floors were really dirty, no big deal...I'm sure there is a lot of sand and such tracked through there by guests. My kids loved the bunk room, perfect for my 3 and 7 year old! Thank you, we loved our trip!!!

Wow!! Great location and amazing property.

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo. The location can't be beat as it's directly across from Stewby's (best seafood in Fort Walton) and just a couple minutes away from the boardwalk. The condo itself is magnificent, it has great decorations and an incredible view of the beach. The oversized balcony fit our entire family easily and we enjoyed having dinners overlooking the gulf. The property has two pools, two hot tubs, and a splash pad for the kids. The owners are very accommodating and respond very quickly. We had a small problem the first night we arrived and the owners had a solution in no time. Overall I would rate this condo a 10/10. If you are looking for a luxurious, family friendly, place in Fort Walton look no further, this is the one

My visit to Destin, FL

I just want to say that this was a first for 4 of the people with me to visit the ocean (two of them being my grandchildren ages 3 and 5). They were so excited and loved it. The condo was so beautifully designed and clean . We all fell in love with it Michele and Alan were absolutely amazing. They were so helpful and answered my questions and responded to me immediately. They Blessed us with another night which I can't thank them enough I am planning on making this a family tradition.

Beautiful beaches well furnished and stocked condo

Very well stocked condo had all of the beach toys needed including fishing poles, boards, towels. It was also nice having access to the chairs and umbrella for the beach. It would be nice if the pool had umbrellas for shade. The only opportunity for improvement would be to strip the master bedrooms shower grout around get rid of the mold.

Nice but needs updates.

Overall, we enjoyed our visit, however, the appliances really need to be updated. They are dirty. The dishwasher has a bad smell. Some of the dishes in the cabinet were unclean. Old coffee grounds were found in the expresso maker. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. Light bulbs were burned out in the master bath and bedside lamp. A cinder block is propping up the master bed. Please replace the mattress - it has a huge dip. A new comforter that fits the bed would look nicer. Need more towel racks or hooks. This is intended to be constructive suggestions. We enjoyed our visit. Your condo is lovely. Thanks!

What makes this property unique

Our favorite activity is building sandcastles with our children and taking long walks on the beach to find special seashells. We also enjoy fishing off the pier. We like reading the books from our library which inspires our mind while resting in the lounge chairs. The Outlet Malls provide us with a lot of bargain shopping and the restaurants are so plentiful and every meal is delicious. One favorite restaurant is 'Harry Ts'.
