The comforts of home while enjoying one of the most luxurious resorts along 30a in Blue Mt. Beach. This 2 level 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom condominium is one of 64 condominiums that share the 14 acres nestled along Big Redfish Lake.
Granite countertops in both bathrooms and kitchen, upgraded kitchen appliances, crown molding, and gas fireplace, this beautiful condo offers too many first class luxuries to mention. Relax by the large pool area and listen to the soothing waterfalls that lead to the attached separate individual smaller pool areas which are landscaped with flowing palms and different variations of foliage. Morning coffee or early evening drinks, the view from the balcony of the pools and the lake are soothing to the soul.
The amenities include lakeside dock, exercise room, private deeded beach access, high speed internet, Smart tvs in the living room and the master bedrooms, walking trails, and gated community. To get to the beach you may want to take a five to ten minute bike ride or a relaxing stroll down the private boardwalk. If you would like a more unique trip, take a ride on the free pontoon boat service or kayak to cross the lake and be on your own private beach! (Boat service is only in season March - October). You will be provided with 2 chairs and an umbrella for your rental time (March - Dec 1st), however personal tents/umbrellas are not allowed. You may bring your own chairs and small tents for infants are allowed. You may also rent more chairs/umbrellas if you desire from the rental company La Dolce Vita.
Please take note that Sanctuary at Redfish is a non-smoking community, therefore our unit is smoke free. However, if someone desires to smoke they must leave the property completely. There is a bench on the sidewalk along 30a just outside the property for guest to enjoy.

especially at Sanctuary at Redfish ever since we saw it for the first time. It is just
the perfect place for us with the elegant and large condos as well as the beautiful
lake and private beach, and the quieter location. The beach is our “happy place” –
somewhere we never get tired of visiting – and truly our Sanctuary!! We know we
will enjoy it with our two sons, daughter-in-love, grandson and another one on the
way! We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do!

The luxurious environment of a Florida resort, the charm of a small beach community, sidewalks begging for bike rides and evening strolls and the most beautiful beaches in the world! Sanctuary at Redfish in Blue Mt. Beach is a special place! Big Redfish Lake is the coastal dune lake that sits beyond the property and spills into the ocean front. Lake and ocean views together provide joy for the whole family!

This unit in Sanctuary at Redfish has it all! The property is conveniently located between Seaside, Grayton Beach, Blue Mountain Beach, and Sandestin. 4 beautiful pools including a zero entry pool, 2 hot tubs, unique lake/beach combo, workout center, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Spacious master bath and beautiful jetted tub, master bedroom and balcony overlook pools and cabanas. With in walking distance you can eat dinner, get ice cream at Blue Mt. Creamery, a fresh donut shop with coffee, massages, or try a smoothie from "For the Health of It"... then stroll down to the Blue Mt. Beach access to watch the sunset.
