The pleasant little holiday home for single use with idyllic ingrown private garden is in an excellent location, not far from the old town center and 600 from the beach in the well-known bathing and holiday resort of Medulin in Istria. The provincial capital Pula with the well-known Roman amphitheater is only 10 km away. The nearest beach is only 600m away.
The only one-storey house can be entered from the garden via just 2 steps and is therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. In the intimate and quiet garden, an outdoor grill and plenty of shade, but also sunny spots invite you to relax. There is also an outdoor shower and a 3 car parking space.
The house offers enough space for 4-5 people. There are 2 separate bedrooms and a sofa bed for 1 additional person in the living area. The house also offers a covered terrace (veranda) to the garden as a buffer zone. Satellite TV and air conditioning are available.


The existing washing machine is also worth mentioning.

Great Appartement with great vendors
We spent about two weeks in Medulin in summer 2024. The check-in was very easy... just contact the vendor (Diana) by phone, she lives with her family just around the corner. She and her parents are super nice and helpful. The appartment itself is as describedand well equipped. It's well situated within Medulin, but at the same time very quiet. The air-conditioning makes a huge difference in the summer 👍. Thanks again for a wonderful time!

Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten und Terrasse. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Coole Gartendusche und Grill. Garten kaum einsehbar, Lage sehr schön. Einzig die Mücken waren sehr nervig, aber da kann ja das Haus nix für!

Es war sehr schön. Das Haus mit Garten wie beschrieben. Sehr ruhige Lage und nette Vermieter. Checkin und checkout gingen problemlos vonstatten. Der schöne Sandstrand ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus...genau wie auf den Bildern! Schöner Garten mit 2 Liegen, Grill und Dusche! Ein Teil der Küche ist neu mit Induktionsherd und Spülmaschine. Einzig die Duscharmatur müsste mal erneuert werden! Die Vermieterin wohnt gegenüber und ist sehr hilfsbereit bei Fragen!!

Alle sehr kinderfreundlich und sehr nett. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit der Familie, vorallem der Garten war super für die kleine zum spielen😊. Das häuschen war sauber und man konnte auf der Terasse den abend schön ausklingen lassen. Auch der Grill im Garten ist prima. Man erreicht alles sehr gut und ist gleich beim einkaufen oder Meer.Kommen aufjedenfall wieder.😊

Wunderschön
Wunderschönes kleines Häuschen, in ruhiger Lage, ausgestattet mit neuer Küche und allen wichtigen Utensilien, schönes Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer mit neuen Betten. Große gemütliche Terrasse umgeben von Palmen und blühenden Pflanzen, der Garten ist traumhaft, eine Oase zum wohlfühlen und entspannen. Die Vermieterin herzlich und immer erreichbar. Wir können dieses kleine Paradies nur weiterempfehlen.

Gemütlich und gute Lage
Eine schöne Doppelhaushälfte, genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Nicht die modernste Einrichtung aber gepflegt. Alles was man braucht und gemütlich. Sehr unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. Immer ein Ansprechpartner vor Ort. Sehr herzliche und kinderfreundliche Vermieter! Sollte es ein Problem geben, wir dem sofort abgeholfen. 10-15 min zu Fuß bis zum Hafen in Medulin mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastro zur Genüge und Strände nach allen Geschmäckern in der Umgebung. Ruhig gelegen in einer kleinen Siedlung, mit eigenem Stellplatz. Der grüne Garten, der schöne Grillplatz und die Außendusche runden die ganze Sache ab.

Gute, Ruhige Lage
Das Ferienhäuschen ist eine Doppelhaushälfte am Ende einer Sackgasse mit eigenem Parkplatz. Das Haus ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß. Der Garten und die Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen waren sehr schön und allgemein sehr ruhig. Das Bett ist leider wie das Sofa etwas unbequem. Die Einrichtung ist soweit okay, der Kühlschrank ist sehr laut. Die Ausstattung an sich ist gut und ausreichend, leider gab es entgegen der Beschreibung keinen Geschirrspüler und das Geschirr war auch wie manche Ecken nicht ganz sauber. Alles in allem Empfehlenswert mit ein paar kleinen Abstrichen.

Leider hat das Objekt hinterhofcharakter. Wenn man im Garten sitzen möchte, dann schaut man auf ein 3 / 4 stöckiges Haus. Man fühlt sich eingekesselt. Die Küche ist absolut untragbar. Ablageflächen sind, weil kaputt, mit Alufolie beklebt. Die Wohnung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Auch die Übergabe und Rückgabe läuft unrund. Schlüssel in die Hand gedrückt, zur Rückgabe soll man den Schlüssel einfach in der Wohnung liegen lassen. Das war es an Übergabe. Keine Einweisung, keine Tipps, keine Unterlagen für die Umgebung. Leider kein schönes Erlebnis. Vorbereitende Anfragen, ob man vor Ort ein Boot mieten kann wurden nicht beantwortet.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, es ist eine schöne Fewo, wir werden sie uns merken, falls wir mal wieder nach Istrien fahren! Vermieter sind sehr nett - ich musste zB das Auto zur Werkstatt bringen und er hat ich dort mit seinem Auto abgeholt. Danke!

Alles war genau so, wie auf den Fotos! Die Schlüsselübergabe hat ohne Probleme funktioniert! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Am schönsten aber ist der schöne, ruhige Garten! Auch die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Weit genug vom Trubel weg, aber alles ist fussläufig prima zu erreichen. Unser Urlaub war sehr entspannt.

Es war schön im Haus und mit den Vermieter hat alles gepasst. Wir konnten sogar schon früher ins Haus, das war super für uns und das wichtigste war vorhanden. Die Dusche läuft leider sehr sehr schlecht ab, das kann etwas nerven. Das Problem mit dem Kühlschrank wurde schnell behoben und dann konnten wir den Urlaub genießen:-))) danke für die schöne Zeit:-) Was mann allerdings sagen muss es handelt sich um eine Doppelhaushäfte, das so aus der Anzeige mit allein Lage etc. Nicht erwähnt wurde. Wenn die Nachbarn da sind hört man Sie auch leider. Aber da hatten wir Glück das Sie nur kurz da waren :-)

Wir können das Objekt jedem empfehlen der seinen Urlaub genießen möchte. Die Lage ist hervorragend ruhig und der uneinsehbare Garten lädt zum sonnenbaden ein. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Das Haus ist wie beschrieben gewesen, alles war sauber und wie auf den Bildern. Zu Fuß muß man knapp 20 min laufen bis man am Badstrand ist ansonsten gibt es auch überall kostenpflichtige Parkplatz in Meernähe. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr sympatisch. Das Haus ist zu empfehlen und denke das das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis gepaßt hat.
