This is the perfect place for families or large groups (conferences, games). A charming 1st floor unit of a duplex (approximately 1600 square feet of private space) in Jacksonville's historic Springfield neighborhood.

IMPORTANT TO DETERMINE IF THIS IS THE RIGHT PROPERTY FOR YOU:
This house is on a block with old and new. You will see some run down homes and newly renovated homes. There is a corner store on the opposite corner of the property where neighbors tend to loiter. Some guests have felt uncomfortable with this. Some guests have not been comfortable with this area at night. Other guests have been perfectly fine with the environment. If you have lived in a major (ex NYC, SF, ATL, MIA) city before, this will be no surprise. If you are from elsewhere, we just want to make sure you feel safe here. We lived here with our young kids and felt safe but everyone is different!

This is the bottom floor unit of a duplex (top floor is separate residence). You will have the entire bottom floor to yourself. We also rent out the top floor so if you have a larger group and are looking to rent both units to have to yourself then check out our other listing or message us. Some guests have stated noise from upstairs is too much so if you are sensitive to this, then this property is not a good fit.

Plenty of parking available either on parking pad or street parking.

We love historic Springfield which is located in Jacksonville adjacent to the downtown area. It is centrally located so that you can explore all Jacksonville has to offer. Springfield itself has 3 breweries, several local restaurants, and all the historic neighborhood charm.

Perfect Jacksonville Stay

This was the perfect place! Spacious, nicely decorated, and everything you could possibly need was provided. We loved that it was pet friendly! Off street parking and a fenced in large back yard was a bonus! Location was perfect for us as we had tickets for the symphony and still close enough to visit family in Orange Park. Communications with owners was top notch. Would love to return!

Christmas gathering

Everything was wonderful. The owners took care of the little extras. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, however not awalkable. The home was clean and the furnishings were quite comfortable. We felt at home.

Fantastic space

The space is as beautiful as the pictures. We stayed a few nights to catch a football game and were very happy here. Plan on driving to food / attractions - as the neighborhood is not the most walkable.

We are a husband and wife team running our hospitality and real estate investment business, and loving every minute of it. We are both West Point (BS) and Notre Dame (MBA) alums with backgrounds in finance and operations.
