Exceptionally renovated Ocean front 3 bedroom townhouse in the desirable Station One Complex is within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of the idyllic coastal town of Wrightsville Beach. There are serene ocean views from the living room, porch and master suite of this tastefully updated property. Garage, outdoor shower, washer and dryer and ample deck space are bonuses. For the 2021 rental season, the unit will also feature upgraded furniture and decor, and flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and living room. Property will be stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags upon guest arrival. In addition, the Station One complex features a large pool and tennis for residents and guests. Monthly rates available only during the off season: November thru March.

Great place for a business getaway

The unit was extremely comfortable to work all day with my business colleagues at the dining room table. We were able to get a lot accomplished while enjoying "at home" like accommodations. Additionally, the location was superb! We were so close to so many fabulous restaurants. The choices were abundant. We definately will be back for our annual business getaway.

Stunning location, very comfortable and well appointed condo

Our 3- generation family of 7 fit very nicely into this spacious, comfortable condo. The ocean view was spectacular and access to the beach was very convenient. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare multiple meals. The deck was a favorite hangout, especially on windy days. Having beach chairs and a wagon for transporting all our stuff made visits to the beach much easier. There were a couple of glitches when we arrived, but the property manager was VERY responsive and we were good to go for the rest of our stay. We would certainly return!

Lovely townhouse in the Station One condo complex. Nicely furnished, well equipped and fantastic views from the ocean front deck. Enjoyed our stay with family - we'll definitely be back.

Heavenly beach week plus

We stayed at the property for eleven days and had a wonderful time. Communication with Virginia was easy and she answered all of our questions quickly. The location of the property is the best in Wrightsville Beach with so many restaurants and drinking establishments within a short walk. This is OUR favorite place to stay!

My husband and I, along with our teenage boys, had an incredible week staying at this house. The property manager was very responsive, even leading up to the week we started our stay. The house was very clean, well stocked, and just steps away from all of the conveniences. This is one of the best properties we have ever vacationed at. Highly recommend!

views of ocean are beautiful. property is in middle of island and accessible to restaurants. Super space in this property. Would be nice to have seating on the deck that dries quickly.

Spacious, bright, and so walkable!

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. Steps from the beach and the pool, it is spacious, modern, and bright. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking, and I loved the colorful serving platters. Great porch and lower level patio for relaxing outdoors. The bedrooms are good sized with comfortable beds and extra linens. The owner and/or property manager always responded quickly with answers to the few questions I had, which was a plus. I would definitely stay in this unit again!

Great townhome!

We had a great long weekend in Wrightsville Beach. The property is walking distance to all shops and restaurants. It was so nice to not worry about parking. Facilities were great and house was clean. We could have used a little more direction on finding things (outdoor shower, beach chairs), but otherwise it was a perfect stay. Thanks!

Racing Ironman 70.3 North Carolina

There were 3 racers and 2 supporters staying at the condo for our race. The location was excellent for the event as well as just making for a fun trip. So amazing to hear the ocean and enjoy the beach. The condo was well appointed and communication with the owner was great. Lovely deck over looking the beach with easy access. Loved the outdoor shower! Easy walk to restaurants, ice cream and town.

We really liked the place and the location.

This place was everything we wanted: We could see the ocean, it was a short walk to the beach, had a pool and was very well equipped. It was close to Wilmington so we had more night-life than most beach vacations and we were in walking distance of restaurants and shops.

4-night mini-getaway

This property was great for me and my husband’s needs. The ocean views from the main living and master are terrific. Parking convenient in the car port. We enjoyed the tennis court and easy walking access to restaurants and beach. The master bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed hearing the ocean sounds at night. We would definitely rebook this property.
