This newly renovated (inside and out) Penthouse 2 bedroom 2 bath beachfront condominium in the Pelican building at the Indian River Plantation has all the amenities to make your weekly or monthly vacation dreams come true. Grills are located next to the heated swimming pool for your BBQ fun. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, floaters, noodles, and boogie boards are in the unit for your use. A child pack-n-play is available in the room.
There is a 70 inch HD flat screen TV in the living room with two other large flat screen TV`s in the bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a King Size Mattress and the second bedroom has a two new Twin beds and Mattresses. There is also Two EZ single automatic inflatable bed as well as an ottoman that turns into a single bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped everything you will need to prepare all of your favorite meals.
The front door has a push button locking system (no key required) so you will not have to meet anyone in person for access to the unit.
Publix supermarket is 2 miles away. There are great Golf Courses, Tennis Courts, and Gyms located close by, wonderful Restaurants and Shops located in the Stuart and Jensen Beach area. Assigned under-building parking.

Great spot for family getaway

Welcoming experience

Lovely unit and welcoming permanent residents. I loved doing water aerobics every morning with the permanent residents and owners. Their some visitors by the pool however who would lay out there towels on the chairs and disappear, leaving others with a chair to sit on. One group hogged the chairs all day and played music disturbing others and disregarded rules. I was glad to see them leave and have a few days without them. Overall, I enjoyed the residents very much! Thank you for a lovely unit and water classes.

Great beach condo

Sunrises were spectacular from the balcony! Wonderful view and easy access to the beach. Condo was very clean and perfect size for 4 people. The property was well kept and regularly cleaned including the pool, grills, elevator and all common areas. Highly recommend!! Will definitely book again.

Comfortable, clean, quiet beach condo

Great condo with everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation! Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Very quiet being on the top floor. The complex and area around it were nice and quiet, definitely not a spring break party crowd area. Even during spring break we had plenty of room to ourselves on the beach.The main bedroom is comfortable with direct access to the balcony and an amazing oceanfront view. The second bedroom with twin beds is better suited for kids or small adults, and the only window in there is shuttered. Both bathroom are small but have everything you need, even shampoo, conditioner, and soap. The living room and balcony furniture were comfortable. The beach chairs and umbrellas were a little worn but very convenient to be able to use them on the beach. We really appreciated the several bath towels, many wash cloths, and beach towels that were provided. There is laundry down the hall but it requires 3 in quarters to wash and dry, so having plenty of towels available was really nice. The area nearby is nice with a couple restaurant within walking distance and several more a short drive away. And excellent shelling just south of the condo!Easy communication with host, easy check in and out.The one minor drawback was that it was a little tight for four adults. Especially the kitchen area where nobody else can get in/out if someone is at the refrigerator. But overall it was nice enough that our family of four would return again!

Great condo

Highly recommend this condo great location oceanfront can see sunrise and sunset Clean and was perfect for the 3 of us. Two bedroom two bathrooms. Very easy to get to great covered parking have your own spot. We had a great 2 week stay.

relaxing stay

Apartment is comfortable for 4 with very large balcony for wonderful views of sunrise. beautiful beach right outside is not crowded at all, and great for long walks. Publix and bars are within 10 min drive. We especially liked the Magic Oyster bar, had great food there.

The location was great, the views were amazing. The condo was beautiful, comfortable and everything you need. The only downside is the laundry is not in the unit itself but is on the same floor just down the hall. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely waterfront condo

Rob’s condo was amazing! It was very clean, beautifully decorated, and lots of amenities; beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances. We are looking forward to a return trip! Thank you Rob!

Beautiful view, property and well maintained building and Excellent host.

Well maintained and clean property, in person, pictures as described. The Host was extremely responsive. The beach area is most beautiful that I have stayed at in Stuart and Jensen area. Building pool and facility very clean and well maintained. Very friendly guests and residents staying at the building, most long term winter rentals.

Great location on Hutchinson Island

We enjoyed our stay at this condo - the amenities were amazing. Everything was provided for a beach day including towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, boogie boards, sand toys, football, etc. The condo itself was also perfect and included 2 additional blow up mattress beds that were so easy to use and actually comfortable for my 13 year old daughter. The only amenity that this condo does not include is the in-condo washer and dryer but there is one just steps away on the floor that is coin operated so it was fine. I would highly suggest this condo and location - the beach was very nice!

Beautiful view!! Lovely unit!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the view and the proximity to the beach.. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. Only thing i wish was different (but cant be changed) is no washer/dryer in the condo. There is a laundry room on each floor, so its not a big challenge. My feedback for the building HOA -- the machines require 6 quarters each load and that makes laundry a bit of a pain. If they were upgraded to newer machines that take credit card - or had a change machine on the wall - it would be easier.

5-Star Condo, Exceptional Location

Our first experience on Hutchinson Island and did we ever luck out! The unit itself is tastefully furnished and very well equipped. Furnishings, appliances and cookware are high-quality and in excellent condition. It was the cleanest VRBO we've ever rented. Rob responded immediately to our questions and provided a few great restaurant recommendations. The building/premises are well maintained and the vibe is retiree-quiet. Views from the large furnished balcony are stunning and the roar of the ocean makes you feel like you're on the beach without leaving the unit. The island is bike-friendly and we enjoyed walking around downtown Stuart. The only downside for us was the gritty-soft sand and steep slope of the beach which turned our long beach-walks into hard slogs. This was easily our best VRBO experience.

Location and condo is unbeatable

My family has rented many times at various condos in the Marriott complex and Rob's condo exceeded our expectations. The view is spectacular and the amenities provided were exceptional. Very nice coolers, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, Tupperware, coffee maker and keurig, toaster, etc. We also had enough of the basics to get started...paper towels, soaps, cleaners, etc. The decor is lovely and well maintained. The main attraction is of course the view and location which will not disappoint. The beach was amazing and all the pools are great. We used the fitness center every day and the cost for the Clubhouse use was picked up by the owner, which is a nice little perk (thank you Rob). Very minor issue related to some work being done at the complex was immediately resolved by the owner. We also used and loved the BBQ grill onsite. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo falling apart

Poor communication with property owner. Came a day early and Robert said he would come by that night to collect extra nights fee he never came by and his phone was always a busy signal. He sent me text on our last night and said leave cash on the counter he was bypassing vrbo s fees. Building was built in 70s and falling apart and has major repairs in progress concrete is cracking everywhere and floors have temp Supports hold up floors. Parking garage pillars are the only thing holding up building and inspectors have cracks and rust coming out of concrete circled with paint on several spots of every pillar. Very scary! Jackhammer running all day super loud. He advertises that it’s the Marriott and it’s not Marriott building is next door and way nicer. His pictures are outdated and furniture is in bad shape. The second bedroom has two tiny twin beds with cheap mattresses. It was advertised as a queen. Master room was good. Kitchen and bathroom sinks were clogged I had to go buy drano. We were charged what seemed to be a pretty high cleaning fee and the only thing to clean sand up was a broom and dust mop. Last day I didn’t clean sand up being that I was being charged a cleaning fee and Robert sent rude messages to my personnel text on my personal phone. And said rude things about my family. Don’t be fooled this is not a Marriott building it is a dilapidated old condo

If you come back to the same place repeatedly, that means something.!

I have been in this Condo 3 times in the last 3 months, I have decided to return again and again because it fully meets my expectations, Stuart for a tourist outside the US is little known, but if you like a quiet place, Stuart is the place, but if your goal is shopping, you may be disappointed, in this Condo you will forget about shopping and rediscover nature.
