Amazing
The views from this house are amazing!! We got everything we wanted, it snowed most of the time and we couldn't have had a better view. We saw a deer stand on just it's hind legs to eat from the tree. I am in my 60s and can honestly say this was the best vacation I've ever had.

Our family of 5 kicked off our Colorado vacation here. Great location. Great layout. Great view. Very well equipped. Very responsive to an ant situation. Hopefully they will put in a door code soon vs having to stop for physical keys.

Meant to be
We booked this property because of it's convenient location and because it was big enough for two families but when we arrived and realized we shared the same last name as the owners, we knew it was meant to be! We loved the large and open living/dining area, wrap around deck and all the windows! More counter or storage space in the bathrooms would've been nice, but we made it work!

Thanks for a wonderful getaway
We would love to give a 4 1/2 or 5 star rating but for the inconvenience of no WiFi most of our stay. The location is so convenient relative to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. The driveway is quite rutted. We awoke one morning to a huge herd of Elk in the yard, grazing! The bull was watching over them closely. We were a bit disappointed that the internet was down when we arrived. When we called about it next morning, we were told that the property manager would come out to reset the router. He tried, but needed to call the internet company, and the first appointment was 2 days later. So modem was replaced the day before we left. The beds were comfortable, except the lower double bunk might have been good for a child, but sagged in the middle with an adult. The kitchen has been updated, with good supplies of pots, pans and spices. Overall we had a great time, wonderful weather, spectacular hikes and views! Thank you!

A great spot!
We had a great overall experience at majestic mountain! The location was perfect and it was nice having three bedrooms and a spacious living room for our stay. Thankfully we weren’t reliant on WiFi for the trip - we were never able to successfully log on and the property manager tried to help but couldnt remedy the situation during the length of our stay. The deck was awesome - we saw elk and a double rainbow from the property.

Great Family Gathering Place
We have stayed at this home several times, as a second home for our annual family vacation. It's perfect for our family dinners and games after days of hiking or exploring the park. The view is wonderful and the location is central to all areas of the park and the town. We;ll be back!

Rocky Mountain Getaway
The house and location were great! Plenty of linens and towels for both families. We loved sitting at the long table for dinners and card games. The only reason marked the Cleanliness as a 4 was the shower curtains had mold, we cleaned, and the washer smelled mildew so we didn't use it. Other than that, the house, bathrooms and kitchen were spotless!!!

Fantastic Home
Our family had a fantastic time while in Estes Park. House was the perfect location. The views were beyond amazing. The house was very comfortable. Plenty of space to spread out. Upstairs bedrooms were perfect for our teenagers. They would open their windows to get a good breeze going and they slept very well. The bedroom downstairs was great for us. The bed was very comfortable - something that can be tough to find in a rental. Kitchen was very well stocked and the cookware was in great shape. Our family prefers to cook most of our meals so this was a pleasant surprise. We will be returning to this rental the first chance we get.

This VRBO again met and exceeded our expectations.
Fabulous! We were so lucky to be able to witness a family of elk just outside our property in the early morning hours, (and a herd of elk before entrance to Fern Lake). This property was perfect for our needs. My husband and I were looking forward to a return to Estes Park post children. This VRBO location supplied every need we had with regards to kitchen, bathroom and bedding. Super comfortable bedding in the downstairs master, excellent kitchen supplies, fantastic outdoor patio grill with a magnificent view of the peaceful Colorado Rocky Mountains.

Nice with a great view
This property is in a great location with a view that can't be beat! It was just right for two of our family units and we loved the mid-century modern vibe downstairs! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you need! The deck was such a nice place to sit any time of the day. We will be back!

Loved this property!!
The house was very nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable and the location was great. The house is well stocked with towels and lots of kitchen stuff. The only thing I would suggest if visiting in July would be to bring fans. The house is air conditioned but the upstairs was a little stuffy so a fan would have helped. But would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place to stay. Electronic check in/out at the house would have made it easier than going to the realtor office. Good place for a family though.

Beautiful Mountain Getaway
This cabin was excellent as a vacation getaway. The property has excellent views of the surrounding mountains in Rocky Mountain National Park from the spacious windows of the living and dining room. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, and bedrooms were good sized and had comfortable beds.

Beautiful
The property it in an awesome location just outside the Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. Do yourself a favor and buy the 7 day pass and go everyday. Town is very close and access to The YMCA for ice skating and more is also very close. For the Y, it can be pricey to skate, so plan around that. The fireplace and huge windows were my favorite part. I positioned my chair to view the fire and the spectacular view of the mountains. We had a friendly group of mule deer visit every day, and one day we had three bull elk spend an afternoon during a heavy snow. The property had everything we could have needed and more. Firewood is about 6 dollars a bundle and can be found just about everywhere, so factor that in your budget if you intend to keep a fire (it is worth it). Fuel is best purchased at the entrance to town rather than close to the park entrance. The market just down the street has everything you will need and you can avoid the crowd at the big chain market, plus the prices were not overly inflated. My family enjoyed our stay very much and will be back in the future.
