New home built in 2022. Great layout with space to be together or alone. The location is 2 min from I-15 and walking distance to DSU and the hospital. The bike trail that connects to all trails in Southern Utah is in front of the house. Perfect house to stay in while attending the Ironman competition.

1 hour from Zion National Park.
1.5 hours from Las Vegas.
20 Min from Sand Hollow State park.
2 hours from Grand Canyon.
2.5 hours from Bryce National Park.

Fantastic Property!
We loved staying at this home. The host (Greg) was great to work with. The house had plenty of room for our family and had all the amenities that made the place feel like home. Honestly, the pictures don’t do justice. The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do.
