Amazing!!

We loved our stay here. All the Ritz perks at half the price. Our room was very clean and the staff at the hotel was amazing. Communication with the owner was seamless. We will be back!

Ritz Carlton Key Biscayne

The room was advertised as 2 Queen Beds. Upon arrival it was evident that in actuality the owner or manager falsely advertised the room because it contained 2 double beds. After pointing this out, the listing immediately changed to 2 double beds. They claimed it was an error! Very shady! This room is not up to Ritz standards. The carpets were dirty and the bathroom outdated. Buyer beware!

Communication was great with host. Facilities below average for a Ritz. After coming home we noticed bug bites on our feet, ankles, knees, legs. The following day we noticed even more bites including our elbows . My wife went to her dermatologist and confirmed it was bed bug bites. We were the only family out of the wedding party that got the bites, so it was isolated to our family. I emailed VRBO and host and submitted pictures of our bites.

You are welcomed

I paid about 1/2 of the normal hotel rate. I was conerned i would not be welcomed because of this. They offered me every thing available to regular guests. Made me comfortable that i did not have to hid my vrbo status. This is very important to me.

Key location

Came with my wife and our youngest daughter for a business trip to Key Biscayne, and this was such a great choice. Even more convenient than booking through the Ritz itself.

Disappointing stay.

For the price of the stay we should have just directly booked a room with the Ritz itself. The property owner made us feel like an inconvenience regarding any questions, & the response were not very helpful.

Great place to stay!

I booked this Vrbo far in advance and would ask the property manager lots of questions leading up to the stay to ensure I was getting what was pictured. He was very responsive and truthful. The room was clean and ready to go. During the stay if I had a question I was answered right away. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Experience

The room was just as described. A clean, well appointed room, just as if we were a hotel guest. One thing to note is the room has a "Juliet" balcony (rather than a full one). Check in was seamless. We just showed our ID and gave a credit card for room charges, which we were able to do throughout the resort. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The resort is beautiful with two pools (family and adult) and three restaurants/bars. Beach is lovely. Chair service great. Best part is the savings over the cost of the room over what the hotel would charge for a similar room. Only thing to note is you don't get Marriott rewards for the room charges because you ar booking with an outside residence. Also, housekeeping, if you want it, needs to be arranged with owner. These are worth the sacrifice given the savings. We had a great time!
