Cabana Club 404 - newly renovated

Beautiful unit! We have stayed at several different Cabana Club units over the last 20 years and this one was fabulous. Newly furnished, well decorated, tons of cookware, lots of amenities (especially nice that beach chair/umbrella rental included in the overall price), beach towels provided and all the small things that really up the wow factor. Quick responses to any questions we had, we will definitely stay here again if available!

Total Relaxation

The unit is as beautiful as it looks online and the view is spectacular! The beach does not disappoint with its white sand and emerald water. Watch the night skies for all of the stars or grab a flashlight to look for the crabs. It is minutes from any shopping you may want to do from groceries and beverages to antiques.

Amazing Stay

My husband & I have been coming to Destin for the last 15 years. We have stayed at the Cabana Club all but twice (that was due to renovations & the complex was closed) This unit by far has been our favorite. Very clean, up to date, the bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was very well stocked. I always say it is the little things that matter and is noticed: a couple of bath bombs were setting out at the tub, liquid soap (not those little bars) a few dishwasher tabs, a few Tide pods for laundry, extra trash bags. Lisa has done an amazing job taking notice of those "little" things! Our only complaint is one that the host can do nothing about. On both sides of our unit the guests talked pretty loudly and we could hear them. Unfortunately, the last few nights we ended up in the living room due to the loud snoring beside our bedroom. No, I am not exaggerating, it was SO BAD, we are laughing about it now. If you are a light sleeper earplugs are suggested.

Highly recommend! The place is very comfortable and beautiful! Lisa (Host) has thought of everything in regards to what guest need to insure a comfortable & convenient stay. Great communication from beginning to end. She was welcoming and made herself available if needed. The place is very clean and well appointed. The view is stunning and we loved having the beach service (umbrella & chairs set up for us) each day. Location great too. Perfect spot for a relaxing get away! Already booked again for next year!

This is a beautiful little gem. Awesome condo, clean, well decorated, and relaxing. I had fantastic communication with the owner. When needed I got an immediate, helpful response. It was wonderful to have a private beach and private beach access. The esthetic and cleanliness of the condo brought immediate and thorough relaxation. It was our first visit to Destin and this place was perfect.

Great time and great location, beach is one of the best we’ve visited, property was clean, kitchen well equipped although we ate out a lot and didn’t cook much, restaurants in the area were excellent and shopping is also excellent. Make sure you have room in your vehicle because you’ll head home with more than you brought with you.

Wonderful beachfront stay

Beautiful condo right on the beach. We loved the easy access to the beach and the included beach service. We saw dolphins from the balcony and enjoyed the evening sunsets. The condo had everything we needed with the host adding extra welcoming touches. Highly recommend!

A great getaway for couples!

Easy check in, everything was clean and as described, great response time from Lisa, love the private beach. The only thing that was disappointing was there are condos in the building that allow smoking so when it rained us off the beach one day we wanted to enjoy the storm on the balcony but it was non stop cigarette smoke. It was really disgusting. Not this managers fault but I’ll look for no smoking properties next time!

Beautiful getaway

The property was just as described and Lisa, the new owner, reached out directly via text to make sure we had everything we needed and to communicate on more precise arrival/departure times. The unit was even ready an hour earlier on check in day and she let us know. It felt like a luxury stay, the unit was completely stocked with everything we needed and the chairs and umbrellas were up every morning. Beach was perfect with dolphins, Southern Stingrays and fish right there to observe. Extremely quiet area, private access to beach was simple to use and a great feature. Absolutely loved our stay!

Dream Place to Stay

My wife & I have vacationed in the Gulf Coast for the last 15 years and this is one of the Top 2 places we have stayed. The condo has everything you need: kitchen set up (pots, pans, utensils…so important to not worry about needing anything if you want to stay in and cook), laundry room (nice to wash your clothes before you hit the road to go back home), location (Crystal Beach is so beautiful and location to area restaurants and grocery stores is excellent). Our host, Lisa, was just a text away in case we needed anything. We already have friends asking us where we stayed after seeing our pictures of the condo and our views of the beach. Definitely a 5 star experience and would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Looking forward to booking this property again for our next trip to Florida!

Perfect Beachfront Home Away From Home

This was the perfect family vacation to make up for the years we missed due to the pandemic. We didn’t want to leave. The condo looked exactly like the pictures. The biggest perk is the balcony looking over the ocean. You cannot beat that view. We had our coffee and breakfast out there every morning. There are several restaurants within walking distance, or a short drive if you have littles like we do. The beach chair service was also so convenient. Our girls (4 and 6) loved the bunk beds, watching TV in the bath tub (plus bath bombs courtesy of the owner) and hunting for crabs on the beach at night. We would absolutely stay here again.
