Spectacular Property!

What an amazing property! We were in West Branch for a family funeral, and were having trouble finding accommodations before we came upon this property. The pictures do not do it justice. This is, hands down, one of if not THE best VRBO we've ever stayed in. Modern, well appointed, with washer/dryer, smart home features, sound system, pool table, immaculate kitchen/dining/living room areas, and spacious bedrooms. The outdoor area with a built-in fire pit and Adirondack chairs was a nice touch as well. Some of the creature comforts, like good paper towels, good toilet paper, a bidet in the bathroom, and very nice linens pushed this stay over the top. The location is also excellent, being near many restaurants, bars, mini-golf/bowling, and downtown West Branch. I cannot recommend this property more, and having spoken personally with the owners I would highly recommend staying at this property or others owned/managed by them (if there are others). If I could give it more stars, I would.

Perfect stay

Perfect stay. Great easy location. House was great and the garage was our best hang out. Pool table , darts and our cornhole games fit when it was raining. Owner checked in and was there for any questions. Would 100% stay at this location again and look forward to it.

We enjoyed our few days away. It was very hot during our stay - the window A/C unit wasn't able to cool the bedrooms very well - bring an extra fan.

Everything was amazing!!! The property was right off the main strip and close to everything. The neighborhood was so quiet and we played lots of pool. Also loved that it was a smart home as well.

I was staying here for an externship, it was a great place to stay. I didn’t take advantage of a lot of the amenities but it was very nice and had all the things I needed. I would stay here again.

Great clean property!

Wonderful place to stay to enjoy the West Branch / St. Helen area. Very clean. Great entertainment with the pool table and darts. One of the few places on VRBO that provides access to a garage to park in.

The property is very clean, well kept and the owners were very responsive. Our only disappointment was that the two queens that are listed for the living room area were just an air mattress

Great getaway!!!

Had a great getaway! Easy check in/check out process. Owners were helpful with any questions we had and provided everything. It was a nice relaxing quiet area only downside had to travel to go to beach because the lake is more for fishing but was ok. Close proximity to West Branch! Definitely will be booking here in the future.

Beautiful, clean and quiet Gem in West Branch.

We were blessed to find this beautiful home tucked away In a quiet spot of West Branch. Many wonderful memories for us in West Branch and we love visiting Irons Park right in Town Only 45 minutes to East Tawas and an hour to Midland so it served as a perfect landing spot.

Beautiful Modern Home!

My mom and I stayed at Kevin and Marisa’s home last week. It was such a beautiful home, definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed in. It is a fully updated smart home that was spotless. I didn’t need to contact Kevin and Marisa much but when I did, they were very responsive and friendly. I felt very comfortable in their home and would definitely stay again! We have passed on the word to family and friends about what a great vacation home it is. Also, thank you for allowing my cat to come as well, she enjoyed laying on the covered porch! I apologize for the late review, I had meant to write one sooner but it has been a crazy week. Thanks for everything!

Updated and clean

Stayed here mid-week with some family and absolutely loved how modern and clean this house was (Can't stress enough how clean it felt) It was in a perfect location for golf, dining, and shopping but we really enjoyed sitting on the porch. Everything that you need is provided and I would highly recommend if staying in the area.

Good Place to Stay in West Branch

3 adults stayed for two nights. No complaints. Listing was as advertised, was clean, and met our needs. It was nice to have the pool table and extra space in the garage. Will consider rebooking again when I am back in the area.

Great location and amenities

It was a very clean and nicely done home. The hosts took the time to make sure everything was at the home as needed and it was a perfect location for our group as we were golfing locally. Sadly one of our group must not have shut the door properly upon exiting the home and the hosts came back to a home that they explained had been left open for 24 hrs. This was alarming to us as we try to leave everything in perfect condition. We only had 6 people so bed availability was fine but I believe they may have replaced the sofa sleepers they have listed as queens with standard furniture and forgot to update the listing. I don't believe they folded out into beds unless we were doing something incorrectly? We look forward to renting this home again as we take one or two trips a year in this area.

Why they chose this property

Completely renovated with all the modern touches. We just purchased brand new queen beds (November 2021) for the master and second bedroom that are extremely comfortable!! The mattresses and box springs are protected by covers for sanitary purposes.
This is a practice we do in all of our rentals.
