The top modern maisonette apartment is located in the center of Freiburg in a quiet residential area with very good transport links. The main train station and the city center can be reached in 3 minutes on foot. Chic restaurants and the trendiest scene locations in Freiburg are also within walking distance. The comfortable equipment on 75 sqm offers 4 people optimal living quality. A large living room with a comfortable seating area and separate dining area offers space for 6 people and invites you to nice hours. There is also satellite TV with a 55-inch flat screen and up to 16 Mbit Internet via WLAN or cable. There are two bedrooms, both with a large double bed. One of the rooms offers direct access to a very nice balcony with a view of the inner courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine and dishwasher. Top Lage und Küche

War ein super Aufenthalt mit Familie. Mit die am besten ausgestattete Küche, die ich so erlebt habe in Unterkünften. War schön sich mal freuen zu können, dass Messer, Schere, Blech, Töpfe, Pfannen, Siebe, Schüsseln da waren.Einziger großer Nachteil: Die Wohnung war unfassbar hellhörig. Nicht die Nachbarn, sonder innerhalb. Es war egal wer was wo gemacht hat: Man hat es in jedem Raum durch 1-2 Türen gehört. Das war bei zwei Schlafzimmern und Kinderbett im Inserat unerwartet und bei unserer vollen Ausleistung (inkl. Kind) etwas anstrengend.

Cute, comfortable, clean - highly recommend

Very cozy and nicely appointed place. We were traveling and had spent some nights in a hotel and wanted a change, this place was perfect. Space to relax, have our own bedrooms. The owners were very nice. Be sure to realize the entrance, bedrooms and bathroom are up stairs. The cooktop is induction, a little tricky for us, and no microwave. I would suggest blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Those are all things of personal taste - not a deal breaker at all.

Great stay in Freiburg!!

Wonderful location, safe and quiet neighborhood. We were met at the door and given a very nice intro to the space along with any directions and sight seeing suggestions we wanted! Very clean and comfortable, would definitely recommend and we will be looking into this place next time we're in Freiburg!

Comfy and roomy

For four adults it was welcoming and comfortable. Great location to old town and train station. Vibrant nghood. Kitchen well equipped. Extra set of keys appreciated. Suggestions/recommendations - osilating fan in main rooms. Maybe check that door handles and stair well rails are secure Thank you wilhem for your patience of waoring for us. It would have been nice to sit on the patio/deck and consider usimg the BBQ. Wonderful hospitality and wpuld return .

Schöne Wohnung in Toplage

Ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs gelegen, wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Innenstadt. Die Wohnung hat allen Komfort für einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Lediglich im Bad sollte die Duschkopfhalterung erneuert werden.

Walkable to most of Freiburg

Very friendly owner who met us & showed all the ropes of the flat, friendly, easily giving sights to see, Titisee train into Black Forest. The flat very comfortable, in back off a quiet street, private balcony seating, easy walk to Munster square & charming early architecture of Freiburg. Hip, collage area.

Nice stay in the heart of Freiburg

This well spaced maisonette was perfect for our adult family of 3. The generous living space downstairs and the kitchen area were perfect for relaxing at the end of the day of having a family breakfast in the morning before we set out for our day. We were visiting from the States to see our daughter who was studying abroad in Frieburg. This unit gave us an opportunity to all spend some private time together. Check in works a little differently as the host will meet you to deliver the key. This worked out well for us as we arrived at night and walked with our luggage from the train station and needed help finding the main door. There is easy parking at the train station if you have a car, which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Everything was very clean and the location is in the center of everything, making it very convenient. There are no mirrors in either bedroom, only the single bathroom, so plan accordingly. The shower is also a bit challenging for very tall people, but my husband is 6’2” and we made it work. The only recommendation I have for the owner is to provide a second set of keys. Having adults going in different directions throughout the day made the logistics challenging with only one set of keys. As there are two doors (building and then the apartment upstairs) you cannot easily let someone in when you are home either. 2 sets would have solved this very quickly. Other than that, the host is delightful and it is a great way to visit the city of Freiburg.

Convenient and Clean

We spent a few days as a family (younger kids) in Freiburg. This unit is close to the train station, the old city, and the river, meaning we could walk everywhere we needed to. It’s a fun city with a young and artistic atmosphere. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed to cook and live like locals for a few days. We look forward to staying here again if we find ourselves back in Freiburg im Breisgau.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Alle Einrichtungdsgegenstände funktionieren. In der Küche gibt es immer Kleinigkeiten, die fehlen. Ich habe habe aber noch keine Küche gesehen, wo das anders ist. Daher okay.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mitten im Zentrum

Die Wohnung ist sauber und ordentlich, es ist alles vorhanden. Sie liegt sehr zentral im Zentrum Freiburgs in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind daher sehr gut zu erreichen. Da die Wohnung im Hinterhof liegt, ist es auch schön ruhig. Unser Auto haben wir in der Tiefgarage des Konzerthauses gleich um die Ecke mit einem Wochenticket für 90,-€ geparkt. Bäcker und Supermarkt sowie auch die gesamte Innenstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und bei Problemen und Fragen auch immer gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und es ist genug Platz für 4 Personen. Sie ist mit allem was man benötigt ausgestattet und liegt sehr zentral. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß mitten in der schönen Altstadt von Freiburg. Zum Parken haben wir ein Wochenticket im nahegelegenen Parkhaus genutzt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

unkomplizierter Aufenthalt

Eine sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung, von der man sowohl die Stadt selbst fußläufig sehr gut erreichen und besichtigen kann, als auch die Umgebung mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreicht, da Bahnhof und Busbahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplätze in Tiefgaragen vorhanden.

Wohnung super! Vermieter nett!

Die Wohnung ist super und bietet viel Platz. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist Stadt- und Bahnhofnah, aber die Nachbarn (Studenten) sitzen gerne auch mal bis spät in die Nacht auf den Balkonen, die direkt angrenzen. Schlafen kann bei offenem Fenster schwer werden. Kommunikation war auch Topp. Es gab nur Probleme mit dem Portal fewo...

Alles bestens wie erwartet

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Die beiden Schlafzimmer liegen getrennt vom Wohnbereich im oberen Stockwerk der Maisonette, was wir sehr praktisch fanden wegen unterschiedlichen Schlafrhythmen. Das Wohnzimmer ist so geräumig, dass wir zu dritt Yoga machen konnten. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen, um unsere Freiburger Freunde zu besuchen.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit der Familie

Gute Location, nicht weit weg von der Altstadt und nah vom Hauptbahnhof. Wir (2+2 Kleinkinder) haben die Weihnachtsstimmung im schönen Freiburg sehr genossen und empfehlen dies weiter. Sophie und Julien (BE) PS: dichte Vorhänge haben wir vermisst, die schon für mehr Intimität gesorgt hätten.
