2 room with balcony, newly renovated apartment with real wood floor, ca 40 m², high quality and comfortable furnishings, in a quiet sunny location, south-facing balcony with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room with sofa bed for 1 additional person, Flatscreen TV, Internet (Wi-Fi), sauna for a fee (5 Fr./ Hr.) With Jacuzzi, shared use, underground parking, ski storage, washing machine and dryer in the house. Ski bus leaves every 15 minutes directly in front of the door in about 5 minutes. to the cable cars.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!

Wir hatten einen super Stopp in Flims, die Unterkunft liegt direkt an einer Busstation.Es gibt einen Tiefgaragenparkplatz. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.Alles in allem ein super Aufenthalt.

praktische Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen

der Aufenthalt war sehr gut.Skibusverbindung optimal direkt vorm Haus.Fahrtdauer zur Gondel 4 Minuten.Als besondere Extras gibt es Schwimm- und Saunamöglichkeit.

Wanderurlaub in Graubünden

Fewo war so, wie wir es erwartet hatten, die rustikalen Möbel gehören nun einmal zu solchen Fewo's. Das Schwimmbecken im gegenüberliegenden Haus unddasFrühstückaufdemBalkon, hat die Fewo noch aufgewertet. Um zu Kochen ist alles da (Mikrowelle haben wir nicht vermisst). Die Gegend bietet im Sommer vielfältige Möglichkeiten (Wandern in verschiedenen Schwierigkeiten, Baden, Stadtbummel).

Guter Aufenthalt

Das auffinden der Garage war etwas komplexer aber sonst hat alles gut geklappt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht- sogar einen Föhn. Die Busstation vor dem Haus mit welcher man in 2 min bei der Talstation ist, wunderbar! Als Tipp, ladet das Gepäck aus bevor in der Garage parkiert wird. Die Strecke von der Garage zur Wohnung hat einige Türen. Kleine, nette Wohnung, können wir empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Wochen in Flims während der SOW. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Die Benutzung des Schwimmbeckens ( sehr sauber und groß) war prima. Waschmaschine und Trockner im Haus. Der Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir können die Ferienwohnung gerne weiterempfehlen.

Urlaubsfeeling

Die Wohnung war zwar nach Süden ausgerichtet, aber der Balkon bot nur für kurze Zeit ein sonniges Plätzchen. Wenig Ablagefläche sowohl für Skiklamotten als auch im Küchen/Essbereich. Schälchen, Teller und Tassen z. T. angestoßen. Größer Pluspunkt das Schwimmbad und die Sauna im gegenüberliegenden Haus.

Excellent location for an active stay.

We were very pleased with our host and the amenities. Would recommend the walk to the lookout as well as Caumasee. Excellent neighbourhood and having the bus stop at the end of the driveway was super convenient.

Wir waren zu zweit ( Vater und Sohn 17) 5 Tagen da zu Skifahren da. Sehr nah an der Piste mit Skibui

Gemütlich und alles (außer eventuell eine Mikrowelle) da. Wir haben es richtig genossen und würde definitiv nochmal kommen

Super Wohnung!

Ruhige Lage, einfach erreichbar mit dem ÖV. Gemütliche Wohnung, das Wellness war das absolut Highlight! Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Rheinschlucht, Caumasee, beide erreichbar zu Fuss). Herr Lederer war hilfsbereit und hat schnell geantwortet. Vielen Dank!

Kleine gemütliche Wohnung mit Sauna und Indoorpool

Die Wohnung ist klein, aber wir waren zu dritt mit einem Kind und das war absolut okay platztechnisch. Die Lage ist super - 15-20 Fußmarsch bis Ortsmitte. Kleiner Supermarkt in der Nähe. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Der Bus bringt dich direkt zu den Liften. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Sauna - im Keller haben wir nicht benutzt, aber dafür viel Zeit in dem tollen Indoorpool im Haus gegenüber verbracht. Alleine dafür sollte man 5 Sterne vergeben, weil sowas nun wirklich bei weitem nicht jede Unterkunft hat. Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war unkompliziert, sehr schnell und super angenehm. Flims - ist ein nettes Dörfchen. Nicht klein, mit vielen Möglichkeiten die Freizeit nach jedem Geschmack zu gestalten. Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Osterwochenende in Flims verlebt und kommen gerne wieder.

Very nice for a short stay

Great place for a couple, or for a small family. The apartment is furnished with taste, the kitchen has all the essential equipment, and the location directly at the bus stop is super convenient. We also enjoyed a lot the sauna and the pool.

Urlaub in Flims

Die Wohnung ist optimal am Ortsrand von Flims gelegen. Wir haben während des Urlaubs unser Auto stehen gelassen und sind direkt von der Wohnung aus zu kleineren Wandertouren zum Caumasee, zur Rheinschlucht oder zum Oberen Segnesboden gestartet. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man täglich braucht. Der Kontakt zur Familie Lederer war auch sehr freundlich. Wir hatten wirklich eine sehr tolle und erholsame Zeit in Flims und werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

Perfekte Sommertage

Sehr schönes und gemütliches Domizil, welches wir sehr kurzfristig gebucht haben. Schnelle, unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber per Mail und Telefon. Fragen konnten so schnell gelöst werden und auch dank schönem Wetter hatten wir 3 wunderbare Tage im Engadin.

nice appartment with bus stop in front

Cosy appartment with mountain view. The bus stops each half hour in front of the house, very convenient. It is about 7 minutes to the skilift. The appartment is complete and well decorated, we would welcome a little more free space for our own stuff. We were with three persons and the appartment is big enough.
